We just moved to Valencia and I arranged and important document delivery with DHL from Hungary. I stayed at home for the whole day to make sure that I receive this package. The person who delivered it did not even ring the bell. I just got another package delivered a few hours before by another provider with no problem. We have a door bell... Now I have to arrange alternate options, going to pick it up, that is only available tomorrow, when I am not sure I have time to do it and now everything is delayed with a day. I find this highly unacceptable especially as I am paying for a very expensive service.

I would recommend to use Yallow only for a limited period, when you arrive to Switzerland and need a number quickly. PostPaid is perfect for that. However, don't stay with them. Customer service is zero and they are charging costs that unjustified. We live relatively close to the French border and they charged us with very high roaming fees, that we did not understand for a while, what is happening until we realized that whenever my husband takes the kids to school in Founex and while in queuing in traffic jam reading the news he is charged for roaming!!!!!!! Customer service never replied to our queries. When he finally changed provider they charged us a fee for early leaving while we already passed the 1-year contract period. Customer service again no help and then they sent extra fines with no earlier notice saying that we are late in paying the early leaving fee!!! This company is highly incorrect. I would say I met with similar doggy methods in Eastern Europe... in Switzerland this is not something that people would tolerate. So avoid Yallow if possible! Mucho can be an alternative when you do not want an abonnement, there is no obligation to sign a contract, and they send you the sim card very quickly once you order online.

Would not recommend yallo at all. They are using very cheap tricks to charge you extra fees. We live in Switzerland, close to the French border and they charged my husband high roaming fees while he was in Switzerland. When he changed to another provider, again received cancellation fees while his one year contract was already over. A provider not to trust!
