On the surface, selling my apartment in Ealing should have been simple and straightforward, but it was anything but!

Expensive, and has steadily increased at rates much greater than inflation for many years. Last year I "negotiated" a €34 reduction, this year the reduction, on a 13% higher quote was capped at €20!
