Mine bricked two months out of warranty, Ohme not interested. Not fit for purpose, section 9 of the CRA specifically states that the durability of goods is one of the primary factors when determining whether goods are of satisfactory quality.

unfortunately it goes back to installer/supplier. I’m on legal advice who have recommended joint claim, with supplier, under section 75. I’ve quoted, ‘Not fit for purpose, section 9 of the CRA’ which specifically states that the durability of goods is one of the primary factors when determining whether goods are of satisfactory quality. 🤔
I dislike that the company can leave a veiled answer but I'm unable to reply

Good installation installed on time, work's well

It would be helpful if you presented a list of requirements that needed to be followed before the survey began. The customer can then prepare accordingly

Only one user being able to use the app is completely pointless. My wife and I have an Ohme charger and only my wife has access to the app as it only allows one user to have access. So any time I want to charge the car I have to get my wife to authorise it which sometimes is less than ideal. Most other chargers allow multiple user profiles. Ohme you need to catch up with competitors. Also it is not possible to log in under the same profile on multiple devices so that is not an option either.

The installer arrived at the proposed time. Was very professional and helpful.He explained how it works, helped to download the app and how to set up the schedule..

The speed of processing the application for a replacement ev charger was amazing, all done in a couple of days

I have been dealing with MAddie at Ohme today being a Saturday at 4pm via email to reconnect our EV charger which she was able to help efficiently and effectively. Responded so quickly to my questions. Thank you!

Booked in pretty quickly for install. Plenty of good communication by email. The install crew called on the day and gave me an ETA. They talked through the job and cracked on. Very friendly and efficient (Dan and John from Voltari Services, installers for Ohme). Easy app set up. All good.

Fantastic service from start to finish, even though there was unexpectedly a problem with the screen and the engineer had no spares in the van, he got a replacement and made sure everything was working fully on the same day, cannot fault the service of Ohme, 5*

The guys turned up on time as promised, they worked very efficiently and very tidy as well as polite.

Where to start. Mo the installer was a gentleman. Involved us from the start where we wanted the charger to be situated. Involved my disabled mum and even the dog. Perfect example of customer service.

Our Engineer Ed was extremely polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. His work was impeccably neat and he made it an easy experience for us.

Stay well away from the Ohme smart charger, I had an issue with mine after around 2 years, stopped charging the vehicle because of an error, Customer service took over 3 months to get a replacement fitted due to faulty charger, new one fitted after 4 months and it now only charges at 3.8kw, They're subcontractors that fit the replacements are out to make extra money from reinstallation and find all sorts of other issues that you will need to pay for.
Stay well away, im now in the process of switching to an hypervolt then sell the Ohme charger on Ebay so someone else can deal with these guys.
They can control your charger from behind a desk where ever in the world restricting the capacity if extra work costing £100's is not carried out.
Bad experience when you rely on the car for work commitments

Excellent communication, and the installation was fantastic. Everything was explained to me, and I was asked if I was happy with everything after the installation and explanation of how the charger and app worked. Great job, and I would highly recommend.

Fitter was on time, got the work done well and explained everything clearly. Minimal disruption and you did what you said you would do.
