Just transferred my sons duel fuel to this company. Compared to big suppliers their tariffs are good. OVO would not negotiate their renewal quote despite it being a huge increase, after 4 years with them.
Fuse is a smaller provider with their own generating capacity across the UK, and outstanding financials and £250m support from the markets. In profit after just 3 years. Safe and good prices. Given bills expected to rise by 12% in the next 6 months, their fixed rate tariffs will protect my sons bills. OVO's loss.
“Arrived on time. Got to work immediately and completed in good time. Excellent workmanship. Quality materials. Excellent price compared to other quotes. Really happy with result.” Thanks to Top-spec Landscaping Services. They do a wide range of garden services. I highly recommend them.

We're so pleased to hear about your excellent experience! It's wonderful that the team arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and provided excellent workmanship with quality materials. We're delighted you're really happy with the result and found the price excellent.
I had similar experiences like many others, having money stolen. I reported what were clearly fake 5 star reviews. I reported them to Seychelles Regulator and Eden Police and Trust Pilot
I was mercilessly attacked by them and 2 years on I am still getting bombarded with on average 5 spam calls a day, They use Robocalls.
I am pleased to see Trustpilot has finally warned people of the danger of these fraudsters. The UK FCA warned they are not regulated in the UK and should not even advertise here.
We had a high level window replaced after a hinge failure and all the staff from office to final install today were outstanding. They completed the job efficiently, swiftly and completely tidied up and removed the old window.
The window quality is excellent. Communication, original survey and office communication was excellent.
It would have been 5 stars however I do feel the time from order to install was a lot longer than I would have expected, although I was kept informed.. That said it doesn't detract from the quality of the product and service.
I would certainly recommend them.

Thank you, Robert, for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for your kind comments about our team, communication, installation and the quality of your new window.
We completely appreciate your comments regarding the lead time. We are always upfront with customers about our expected timescales at the point of order and, as you mentioned, we make a point of keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Our lead times are largely a reflection of the volume of work we have booked and, importantly, the way we choose to operate.
It is common within our industry for companies to use subcontracted fitting teams who may install for a number of different firms, allowing additional installation capacity to be brought in when required and lead times to be reduced.
That isn't how we operate.
We use our own employed fitting teams and carefully manage our installation diary around the capacity of those teams. It can sometimes mean customers wait a little longer, particularly during busy periods, but it allows us to maintain greater control over the standard of workmanship, customer service and accountability from start to finish.
We would never compromise those standards simply to reduce a lead time.
We're delighted that, despite the wait, you were so pleased with the finished window and the service you received. Thank you again for your patience, your recommendation and for choosing Clyde Windows & Construction.

UMIDIGI G5A Mobile Phones(2024),Android 13 Smartphone SIM Free. Excellent specs and worked well for over a year but then started doing weird things like randomly opening apps, or websites continuing scrolling through. The only way to stop it was to switch it off. Then it would be fine for a few days.
I contacted Umidigi and over several weeks went through numerous settings, finally I did a factory reset and reloaded apps from another device (working perfectly). The problems however continued so it was clearly the phones systems not any apps etc.
The phone was still in warrantee Umidigi said I should contact Amazon who didn't respond and the next I knew Amazon had closed the support.
This is the latest from Umidigi: Dear Customer,
We understand your frustration and apologize for the difficulty you have experienced.
Please note that our support team provides online technical assistance only. We are unable to process refunds or replacements directly, as these are handled by the platform or store where you purchased the device.
Since you purchased from Amazon, please contact the Amazon seller or store from whom you bought the phone. If the seller is no longer available, you may file an "A-to-Z Guarantee" claim through Amazon customer service.
We apologize that we are unable to assist further in this matter.
I have been a happy customer for several years, probably because the only time something went wrong they sent me a replacement (Aqua Pro) without quibble, however the replacement didn't stop working but won't 'suck up' water even when attached to a hose. The motor was running.
It went wrong on 5/7/2026 unfortunately I didn't notify them until 15/7 (I have a life) only to be told the warrantee expired on 10/7. So it was in warrantee but when I contacted them it had expired, but not on the date it broke down. You will not honour the warrantee. Beware.

Again, please accept our apologies.
I purchased a Tapo C126 Camera which in itself works however after trying 4 new SD Cards that appear on their official non of them will format. In short after numerous emails, TP Link will not honour their guarantee, and replace or refund the cost or send me an SD card they verify.
Let me say at the outset that the Engineer arrived on time and given the subsequent events he acted entirely professionally and ultimately went well beyond what would have been reasonable given the circumstances.
He arrived on time as did the delivery driver with the boiler which was supposed to be LPG but it was NG. The driver was made aware of this but left it anyway.
The Engineer immediately contacted Boxt through their APP system at about 10.10 am to inform them it was the wrong boiler. He sent numerous photos as requested and waited and waited. There is apparently a conversion kit and he wanted to know if he could install the boiler and then convert it if a kit was available.
We waited and waited without confirmation. He finally got a response and was accused of not advising them promptly which was simply not true. This went on and out of the blue a message saying it would be delivered by 1.20pm. It now being midday. Not what was being delivered, an LPG conversion kit or a new boiler.
He contacted his boss, who was on holiday in Spain and it was decided he should fit the back plate and do all the preparatory work. At this point we still didn't know if the boiler would be installed.
1.20pm came and went and finally the van arrived at 2.20pm. An LPG boiler. The driver had no instructions to take the other one back. The Engineer had lost nearly 4 hours work time but told his boss he would complete the install leaving his boss to sort out the logistics.
Prior to the arrival of the new LPG I sent an email to Boxt and at the time of writing I have received no reply.
The Engineer completed the install and the boiler is working perfectly. He left at about 5.45 pm.
Even though I made a purchase over the weekend I have now received 2 emails from Boxt asking me if I wish to confirm my purchase (Bizarre).
So in short the Engineer was superb despite all the issues, mainly created by BOXT and their logistics company. My first experience of customer services is very negative. Communication is the key, this just didn't happen.
The Engineer needs an apology.
Edit: You couldn't make this up. I have now had a phone call wanting to pick up other boiler. I explained the chaos that ensued yesterday and the Engineer took the boiler with him and had notified BOXt. Still no reply to my email yesterday or any type of apology.
I am copying another review to Ebay which is self explanatory to them. I hope TP will approve it.
Well I have just had my first and hopefully last experience with this company (Inpost). Let me say at the outset I did not ask for a locker. My order via Ebay was supposed to be delivered by Yodel who have delivered to me many times. I had no knowledge they were in the process of being absorbed by Inpost.
Inpost now claim I asked for a locker, they hide behind the usual 'computer says yes'. The seller is refusing a refund, so Ebay are sorting it out under guarantee even though the item will be returned to the seller.
Computers are wonderful things, but in the hands of those who don't program them properly.
Edit: So you couldn't make this up now Inpost are saying another parcel is being sent to a locker that neither I or the Ebay seller requested. This even though the latest message from Ebay says it's home delivery. More battles ahead. I fail to understand how this organisation has so many top reviews when social media searches tell a totally different story, wrong parcels locker, lockers no working or no parcels at all.
Edit: 20/6. In response to Inpost. I have discovered exactly what they are doing to 'encourage' Ebay sellers to use them is to offer a 2 tier system of payments that buyers know nothing about. I only know this because their own AI told me. They have 3 levels, small parcel, medium and large. The large is a full £2 cheaper if the seller opts for locker and the buyer has no way of knowing until a supposed home delivery as shown on the Ebay becomes a locker in subsequent tracking.
The buyer is not only inconvenienced it costs them money to collect their own parcel in my case the locker is 10 miles away.
Ebay must stop this practice. How many thousands of customers are inconvenienced in this way. Why aren't we asked at purchase. Ebay is equally to blame.
Edit: 21/6 Yet another 'help' email from Inpost essentially saying there is nothing they can do, however in the email they complicate things even further by saying to contact INTERDELTA LTD yet another Global logistics company who are some how involved with Ebay sellers.
Ebay really must act to stop this abuse of the buyers.

I ordered from this company around the 21st May. They confirmed the order and took my money.
I have never received the order and despite numerous emails they blame the carrier but won't say who it is.
Their own tracker says they haven't even processed the order. They refuse to refund my money.
They have a professional looking website but my experience suggests this is a scam site. They advertise on social media mainly Facebook including on local community sites on Facebook.
I hope this is brought to their attention by Trustpilot, I would love to see their response
Edit For Trustpilot how can 1 review of one star give the company a rating of 3.2. Makes no sense.
This customer was used by a supplier and I was advised by the supplier the delivery would be yesterday between 1 & 4pm. I waited and by 5 contacted the supplier and received no reply. I then looked again at the tracker which had not been updated since the early hours of Tuesday morning saying it was still at their depot.
No communication from either supplier or Carrier as of this review. I cancelled the order and notified carrier not to do deliver and the supplier. I will see if I get my refund. If I have to fight for that I will review the supplier.
Edit: 17/6 So I cancelled the delivery which the supplier confirmed and refunded my money (expected). However it didn't end there. I then received a message from Palletforce thanking me for my custom. They even show they have delivered my consignment. I immediately notify the supplier who says Palletforce didn't deliver. I sent then a copy of the tracking log and the mail sent to me. Palletforce has serious administrative issues. Anyone using them should beware.
I have just ordered a replacement window and have been dealing with Ellie. The actual process pretty straight forward but went through. Ellie was very patient and professional.
Now we just need to wait for Window to be installed.

Had the unhappy experience on being conned into thinking they were a Window Supply company when I did a search for window installers. Their website showed the same details as a genuine site with such as 'enter dimensions of windows colour etc. click to continue and it's only then know they aren't. Just a portal.
Of course by then you have given your number and email.
I contacted them immediately and told them to delist me from their data base. After several emails I received this: Hi Feal-Martinez,
Thanks for your patience while we’ve been reviewing this.
I’ve now escalated your request to our specialist team, who are best placed to assist further. They’ll review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
If there’s anything else you’d like to add in the meantime, feel free to reply to this email.
Best regards, Bark Support Team

What is there to escalate. Remove. Meanwhile I have 2 calla already and had to explain I had found an installer.
These organisations should be shut down.

Dear Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience on our platform felt misleading, as it is never our intention to cause confusion about the nature of our services.
To clarify, Bark is a matching platform designed to connect consumers with local, independent professionals—such as window installers—rather than a direct supply company. We use details like dimensions and colors to ensure we match you with the right pros who can accurately fulfill your specific project needs.
We completely understand your desire to keep your contact information private if our service isn't what you were looking for.
If you have any further questions or would like to provide any additional information, please feel free to contact us at team@bark.com and our team will be happy to assist you further.
I purchased 2 policies for my wife and myself. The whole process was easy. The only observation I would make is it would be as a couple nice to have completed just one form and then issued two certificates.
Thankfully we haven't had to use either yet. We paid £1450 for each, the cheapest at the time of all other policies.
I purchased 2 in 1 Max Power Herbicide that was advertised as killing weeds in 6 hours. After waiting over a fortnight for it to arrive I tried it yesterday.
After 12 hours there is no material change in the area I sprayed.
This product is on sale in multiple outlets including Ebay. Don't waste your money, the most successful weed killer for me has been domestic cleaning vinegar, cheap as chips, mixed with salt and washing up liquid. It kills within 24 hours.
For the second time in 2 weeks Yodel driver has arrived in my village with a parcel for me. I have tracked the parcel on heir map. The driver goes to an area known as 'the canyon' with my delivery next 2 minutes down the road. However again the tracker map disappears and the tracker shows being delivered today but not out for delivery when it previously was. I click on online chat but it doesn't work. I phone and the automated message doesn't recognise my 4 digits and hangs up. Not even passed to a human.
A question to Yodel does this driver live in my village. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago 2 failed deliveries and finally delivered 5 days late. The vehicle being at the Canyon again.
How can this happen when they are in my village. Perhaps Yodel will reply with an email address as their complaint link doesn't work either.
I am having similar issues with my order, not only did they charge me for additional items they have still not arrived. Yodel said they would be delivered yesterday and then today but now the tracker says Tuesday. I also received the same platitudes as other reviewers.
This is looking like a scam by someone. Order number 7396. Order box below not working.
My camera eventually connected after a lot o effort. It is only then that is is showing a subscription service, when the advert said no fees for life. Of course the camera won't switch on with a cloud subscription. Looking at the reviews about refunds I guess I've lost money again. Don't buy it.
The cube now won't connect at all and their email box is permanently full. I will be warning people against this cube every time an advert appears. I suggest others do the same.
Engineer arrived on time, set about installing the lift, efficiently and without any mess. He programmed the lift to account for bends, slowing it down for safety. He then showed us how to use it. My wife and son (for both) are delighted with it.
I've even had a go and it is so easy to use. It has given my wife new freedom not straining her knees which we are told can't be fixed.
I would recommend Acorn to anyone looking for a lift. Not the cheapest but still value for money.
