For the second time in 2 weeks Yodel driver has arrived in my village with a parcel for me. I have tracked the parcel on heir map. The driver goes to an area known as 'the canyon' with my delivery next 2 minutes down the road. However again the tracker map disappears and the tracker shows being delivered today but not out for delivery when it previously was.
I click on online chat but it doesn't work. I phone and the automated message doesn't recognise my 4 digits and hangs up. Not even passed to a human.

A question to Yodel does this driver live in my village. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago 2 failed deliveries and finally delivered 5 days late. The vehicle being at the Canyon again.

How can this happen when they are in my village. Perhaps Yodel will reply with an email address as their complaint link doesn't work either.
