Very professional service over the phone and in person. Boxt offers very reasonable quotes comparing to other companies and private businesses. I am a very happy with the service they provided and the installation engineer was fully qualified and experienced. He finished the job to high standards and no mess whatsoever. I will recommend this company to anyone without any hesitation.

The process from start to finish was as efficient as advertised, the quote was a fair and accurate price- providing the information ourselves rather than having someone come out to us suited us well and we just followed the instructions to get the information right and get the right system, on installation day, our installer had contacted us the day before to choose trunking colour and he was on time, polite really knowledgeable and super tidy and efficient, the electrician was also really approachable and professional and the delivery arrived on time too! Everything actually went like clockwork and by lunch time I had a fantastic air conditioning system that is simple to use and absolutely perfect for cooling our south facing open plan living space- we are so happy with the entire experience.

Poor boiler installation you pay for what you get Vaillant voided our warranty chemicals and our system was never flushed

The engineer arrived on schedule and seems to have done a good job. After he left there was almost immediately a problem when the heating did not turn off when instructed by the thermostat. We called the engineer and he came back almost immediately and fixed it.
During the installation the engineer did not always keep us informed on what he was doing such as going into all our rooms to check the radiators, emptying the chemical cleanse into the bath, relocating the flu. He was always doing the job properly but more communication would have been appreciated

Friendly engineer and all done in one day.

Top communication and absolutely the best service. This is the second time Wing has helped us solve a problem with our Nest heating and he’s been efficient and tidy throughout. An absolute credit to your company, deserves a raise!

Very efficient

Excellent service starting with a pre installation phone call and a refund for pipes I didn't need when they assessed my photos. Although my dad came when they fitted the boiler he said the engineer was great, no issues and old boiler taken away and all rubbish. Highly recommend.

Steve always does a great job with annual boiler servicing - great at finding a close time slot that works and dealing with flexibility when appropriate.

The boiler was installed in April but I am still chasing them in September 2026 to sort out the mess they have made of my walls. The so called engineer destroyed a cable as he was drilling through my wall, removed a lot of plaster and it looks pretty horrible! They respond to my mails after a few days, promise they will sort it out but nothing happens. There was also an audit that found out that the chemicals were not installed in the boiler. They are aware of all these issues but nothing has
been resolved. If I ever need to change my boiler, I would go with a different company. I am so frustrated by it all!!!

On time appointment

The service man arrived on time(having given me a ten minute warning that he was on his way -much appreciated) He was very polite and efficient, he didn't waste any time, just got on with the job. Could not ask for better service.
