Really great tasting, High protein and low sugar cereal, finally a company that gets it and doesn't want to make us eat rubbish sugary fillers. Plus their advertising campaign and branding is hilarious and makes me laugh out loud.

Well made furniture, also well packaged with no damage at all, which is a breath of fresh air. Easy to buy from. Great communications about delivery, even arrived 1 week earlier than estimated, which made it in time for Christmas which was an additional bonus for us.

This app is useless, it doesn't work on Samsung phones. I can't understand why a country as technilogically advanced and inclusive as Denmark can put out such an important and vital app that only 1/2 the population can use. Their "fix" is to borrow someone's iPhone! er no thanks! The whole point of MitID is to receive sensitive documents. This is appalling!

Submitting a claim is like applying for a phd, and then when you've done that, and still haven't been able to upload the invoice, you have to request a call back. It's not possible just to upload the invoice. Insurance is through work, or I would have cancelled by now. Bupa is much easier.

A discount code appeared saying I had qualified and to click to apply. It didnt work and came back with an error "it's not you it's us". Contacted them via chat and chatted with an idiotic bot called Daniel, who advised me not to use the discount code as there must be a technical error. Wow great advice Sherlock! It asked me if there was anything it could do, so I suggested to give me a discount code that worked. It said it couldn't do that. Abandoned cart and went to Amazon. Won't be back!

After confirming the coach hire 6 months in advance. 3 weeks before the due date, I telephoned to reconfirm the pick up point. The employee responded that the booking was never confirmed! Even though I had email evidence and forms were filled in by them for my accounts department. The person their end taking the booking forgot to log it into their system, and so it became my problem! Two days before the pick up date I receive a text message saying my credit card payment had been declined, even though my company paid by bank transfer. I called them to find out what was going on, and their staff member told me they hadn't sent the text message and the payment was fine. On the morning of the due date I called to double check and they assured me all was well. I received a text message the day before with the driver's contact number. When the appointed time came and no driver showed up I called the number and the response was the number was not in use. Half an hour later, my corporate guests started to take taxis and make their own way to the venue. Also, half an hour after the agreed pick up time the driver calls me to say he was stuck in traffic and couldn't call me because he was driving. After complaining to the coach company their response was for me to submit taxi receipts for which they would refund me. So not only do I get let down, my guests think I'm incompetent, I now have to spend more of my time and effort tracking everyone down and asking them to send me their receipts. All in all a very bad experience and I definitely won't be using this company again or recommending them to anyone. Totally unreliable at every stage.

Easy to use, fairly quick in getting responses back from dealers. Enough information given in order to move forward. Got a fantastic discount that I wasn't offered without carwow.
