I have been on Mintos several years, it was great and I was satisfied because everything was super easy, automatic reinvest, super simple.
Reinvesting immediately, now you have to set up everything, money are not reinvesting imediately, but once a week, month... how you setting.
The change is from simple to complicated.
Their AI chatbot is terrible, support is super slow. Contact takes ages.

As Mintos evolves into a multi-asset platform, we’ve redesigned how funds move across different portfolios. One of the key changes was the removal of the “keep available” feature. Previously, when loan portfolios were active, available cash was automatically invested in loans, and setting funds aside for other asset classes required manual action.
With the updated portfolio setup, our goal is to provide more transparent and direct control over how you allocate your money. You can now define investment plans and schedule recurring top-ups across different asset classes, such as loans, bonds, and ETFs. We understand that this shift may feel less immediate or simple compared to the previous setup, and your feedback on this is very valuable.
We also hear your concerns regarding our chatbot and support response times. Improving support quality and speed, as well as making our tools more helpful, is a priority for us.

I joined this platform in 2017 and this is my experience:
- this platform is not transparent
- you don't know what is your profit
- deposit 4k
- total lent 21k
- repaid 17k
- interest earned 2,5k
- I invested 4k, it was repaid 17k, but my profit is 2,5k, it does not look as good business
- they don't do their best to get investors money back
- this is the response after 4 years:
We have recently met with our solicitors in regards to this borrower. We have been advised that we have served the guarantor with proceedings however the guarantor has not engaged with us on the matter to date. We hope to have judgement registered against the guarantor soon and we will issue another update to lenders in due course. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

- they have promised to update their website several times few years ago
- when I was asking how to close the account, I got the answer with detailed information, this is OK. I expected also the question why i want to close my account, but nobody cares why the client wants to close the account.

I made the order with free gifs, then I realized I’m in Nederland and I have to switch to different country. I was surprised when my gifts (bag, foam) just disappeared and I had there just some sticks! The explanation is the foam can’t be ship out of Nederland (of course just that one for free, the others what you will pay for can be shipped)
