Due to the travel restrictions in place to combat COVID-19 we have received a very high number of customer services enquiries. We would like to apologise because this has meant that we are taking longer than normal to respond. How our service has been impacted
We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.
Your query may take longer than usual as we are working with operators around the world, many of whom are operating with reduced staffing levels. In such instances we will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible.

Our park was sold to another.
We reverse Park for 7 days but make a mistake and arrived on next day from reservation, our Spot on park was sold for another costumer, we had to found a park on a rush because we have plane soon, and they don't even give the money back.

Please note that if you expect to arrive later than your reserved arrival time, you must inform the car park directly. If the car park is not notified, the booking may be marked as a No Show, and the car park reserves the right to offer the space to another customer.
In these circumstances, whether the car park can still accommodate the booking is at the car park’s discretion, depending on availability at the time of arrival.
We understand this may have been frustrating, particularly with a flight to catch, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Never using this parking service again
Never using this parking service again. They took more than an hour to pick up the car, and had our flight not been delayed, we would have missed it. Then they took more than 45 min to return the car, and would not give us real time estimates of when they would arrive on either leg. They just said “be patient”, nor did they apologize. Terrible service.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Drop off time 7 am was not kept: I reached the drop off location at 6:45, called the given number and waited. After calling multiple times, the person stopped receiving my calls, at 7:40 the guy came to receive our car. We lost 40 min of our time and were stressed out till boarding the flight.
The car was returned to us in very bad state...full with tree leaves and dust...looked like it was pulled out of some jungle. I have images to prove.

Do Not Book this Company - Parking Jet
At drop off we called as instructed but still had to wait 20 minutes for the collection of the car.
On return we called - no answer but message said we get back to you in 3 hours! Call 2 the call was answered and we were told 90 minutes wait and then they hung up - more calls not answered - eventually made contact and told we call you back in 30 - did not happen - waited 1 hour called again and told sorry 20 minutes - so we arrived at Barcelona at 3pm and car returned at 5pm - Park Via with Parking Jet - this was a high rated service company - wow awful. Book at you own risk - we will not use Parking Jet
