Very friendly and professional delivery gentleman. He waited for me to come downstairs and open the door. Not everyone does that.

Earlier today I visited the Wallington branch of TSB and was served by Renu who was, as always, extremely helpful. She highlighted some useful changes that I could make to my account, that I had not previously considered, and she set up a meeting for me to discuss this further on Wednesday. I have always found this to be an excellent branch staffed by friendly and helpful people and I have nothing but praise for the quality of service that they offer.

We are buying a puppy and I needed to send some money to the breeder as a deposit to secure the purchase. I have never done this before and therefore needed help. A lady called Renu at the branch kindly offered to assist.

She was wonderfully patient and helpful, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process extremely painless, while going to great lengths to ensure that I fully understood what was happening.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to TSB and to Renu for the first class support that was provided.

The parcel was delivered on time and the gentleman delivering the parcel was very polite.

I bank at TSB in Wallington. Today I needed to make a payment to HMRC and I was a little unsure and indeed anxious about how to do this. I went into my local branch and was served by Rob who was extremely helpful. He talked me carefully through the whole process and explained everything very clearly, removing all the pain from the task. Like all the staff in this branch he has excellent customer-handling skills and – for someone like me who sometimes struggles with banking matters – he made the whole thing really easy and straightforward. I have nothing but admiration for the quality of service offered by Rob and indeed all his colleagues at this branch.

Polite and customer-caring driver who knocked and waited, rather than dumping the package on the doorstep and leaving.

I have just come off the phone from Holly at Octopus and wanted to say how helpful she was. She explained everything clearly and answered all my multiple questions patiently and fully.

It really makes a difference when, as a customer, you are confused by something and the company representative is able to respond in an easy-to- understand way. In my view she is an excellent ambassador for the company and is yet another reason why I will be staying with Octopus.

Sadly, although the bed seemed fine, our dog has refused to sleep on it for more than one night. He prefers the carpet and we will have to replace the current bed to ensure he gets his rest.

He is an extremely laid-back dog and rarely makes a fuss about anything.

The water filters arrived promptly. Pleased with the product.

Yodel provides an excellent delivery service. Their service is reliable and punctual, their tracking system is very helpful and their couriers (the two I have met) are both excellent.

I wanted to buy a domain name from GoDaddy but hit a problem. I got confused about one of the questions on the online sales form. I decided to speak to a member of the customer service team by phone.

He was helpful and explained everything clearly. I was impressed by the friendly and professional way he handled my call. He not only helped me answer the question but also talked me though the rest of the process, step by step, which made things so much easier for me.

Thanks to his help, the problem was fixed and I was able to buy the domain name I wanted. As a result, I feel my relationship with the company has got off to a good start. Fingers crossed, it continues that way.

Cannot speak too highly of all concerned in their response to a very challenging situation regarding the Coronavirus. I have nothing but praise for everyone concerned.

Good delivery service and packaging. Fresh ingredients and excellent recipes. Some took longer to prepare than expected. Need to pre-prep veg to speed up meals. Good to have healthy options too.
