TSB Living Reviews 

I submitted a review over a month ago, and after being away overseas, I have returned only to find that this matter is STILL unresolved.

This concerns a delivery made to my elderly in-laws, who live right next door to each other. Initially, the store offered a partial refund of the delivery fees paid by my in-laws as a proposed resolution, in exchange for me removing the negative review I had posted.

However, more than a month later, we have yet to receive any appropriate resolution or compensation. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up. No updates, no one from customer service reaching out, and no effort to properly resolve the situation. My elderly in-laws have simply been left hanging.

Honestly, what kind of retail business handles customer concerns this way? It is particularly disappointing when the customers involved are elderly people who may not have the time, energy or ability to continually chase a business just to get what they were promised.

I also cannot help but question whether some of the positive reviews here are influenced by compensation or incentives offered in exchange for favourable feedback. I cannot speak for others, but my own experience has certainly left me questioning the authenticity of the customer experience being presented.

At this point, I have stopped recommending this store to people I know, and I would especially caution anyone considering purchasing from them on behalf of elderly family members.

A business should not have to be repeatedly chased to do the right thing. Customer service should not end once payment has been made. Accountability, communication and following through on promised resolutions should be the bare minimum.

Easy to order online and Fast delivery. Even though we ordered just before labour weekend it was delivered first thing next business day, so literally only in days, and just in time for all this hot weather. Kids are happy!

Bought this awning as our deck faces due north and gets way too hot some days. We've only had it a couple of weeks but what a game changer already. Quality product, reasonably priced, clear installation instructions and so very easy to install. Delivery was prompt too. We have no hesitation in recommending this awning and TSB Living on this occasion.

Arrived quickly easy to assemble. Unfortunately the plugs to push in ground snapped. Used to cover my strawberry plants

While the unit took longer then expected to arrive it did arrive in good condition. Easy to assemble and looks good.

Such a good deal. We saw a suite for the same price as our 7 piece lounge set at our local Mitre 10 but it was only a 5 piece and we didn't like the colors. We will definitely be coming back to TSB for our future furniture needs.

Hi i just find out they don’t have stock in their warehouse, that’s why i am changing my review, and they sorted out my delivery and i am happy with that,

The service was very good, quick delivery, great commincation, the bed is very easy to put together..the mattress is comy, the only gripe i have is that the bed is quite low..

I am giving 2 stars mainly for the customer service and delivery team, as both were excellent, helpful, and prompt.
​However, the bed itself is of extremely poor quality. The assembly process was painful and frustrating—many parts were poorly made, warped, and the pre-drilled holes did not line up at all. It took way more effort than it should have to put together.
​Great service from the staff, but I am very disappointed with the product quality.
