Very difficult to review an order which I have yet to receive. Have been onto Customer Support 3 times and still waiting for them to get onto their courier service and give them my full address. Superdry say the package has the full address, Fastway couriers say they are waiting for Superdry to contact them. Shambolic service from both Superdry and Fastway - won't be ordering again for sure. Can't review the product for reasons given !!!!

Excellent Service from The Shoe Horn. Beautiful shoes arrived in double quick time, unfortunately they didn't fit. Return was very simple and free and my refund arrived back almost immediately.

I've been a customer of VIP for many years. Their service, product and prices are excellent. Buy online or in kiosk always excellent.

Wonderful Customer Service. Purchased a Ritual Genie online with fragrance cartridge. Package arrived but the fragrance cartridge had leaked and about 50% of the contents had spilled. Contacted customer service and advised them of the problem. They sent me a new cartridge free of charge - delighted to see good customer service still exists. Bought another cartridge in a my local Ritual store and explained to the girl I bought my genie online but the scheduler on the app is not working. She told me, bring it into the store and we'll look at it for you and if necessary fix or replace it. Again brilliant customer service. Only issue I have with Ritual is I can no longer obtain "Under The Fig Tree" product. This was my absolute favourite, please bring it back especially for the fragrance genie - thank you.

Love this review site, it's my go to site when I need to check out a company

Used this company for many years to fit locks to our vans, however they have gone to hell in a handcart. We booked for locks to be fitted in December, from 18th December until we closed on 21st December they were coming every day to fit the locks, no show. On return in January, same story, coming every day but never arrived. Whatever has happened to this company in the last 6 months, they need to smarten up because their customer service is now appalling. Last phone call yesterday, he said they would ring back in 10 minutes, still waiting for the call and the locks. Disgraceful customer service especially when we are a repeat !!!!

As always VIP give wonderful service. Both online and kiosk. Highly recommend them
