I would give zero if that were an option.

I would give one star, but honestly, I would give zero if that were an option.

I do not consider this to be a very professional or reliable company. On Saturday, I received a notification stating that my parcel had been delivered. However, when I checked the delivery location and the photo provided as proof of delivery, I found the situation extremely suspicious.

The photo appears to me to be a staged or fabricated proof of delivery. The signature shown is from someone I have never seen or authorized to receive my parcel, and the location indicated is somewhere where there is not even a building.

I have already contacted the company by email and completed the relevant complaint form, and I am currently waiting for information about where my parcel actually is and when it will be delivered.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider taking further legal action.

I strongly believe the company should contact me as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation and a solution regarding my missing parcel.

DPD are always reliable

DPD are always reliable, they send you a text on the day of delivery to let you know what time within an hours timeframe to expect your delivery and the delivery is always on time.
