Ordered online 2 perfumes 1 gift…

Ordered online 2 perfumes 1 gift wrapped, 1 boxed with personalised ribbon for click and collect at Hempstead valley store totalling £167. Got email to tell me ready for collection, on arriving only 1 was there and not gift wrapped as paid for (shop kindly done it) other perfume was told to contact you so did on live chat. Was told by Andy my perfume was still at hub and would receive by Thursday boxed and personalised as asked for as these were presents for my daughter’s birthday. Thursday arrived and was told,d by Michaela on live chat that my perfume was now list in transit and I wouldn’t be receiving it, she offered to send a replacement but couldn’t offer express delivery so wouldn’t receive for said birthday, she then proceeded to tell me perfume was now out of stock, while she was looking into this I went online and found perfume (which was in stock) ordered for next day delivery at a further cost of £4.95. This service is not exceptable. I or my daughter have for the last 3 years ordered your expensive advent calendar for Christmas and my daughter and I spend a large amount of money. Unfortunately that won’t be happening this year
