Avoid this company. It might be cheaper than some places but the quality is rubbish so is customer service & they expect you to open all your items at the side of the road & unwrap them & check even when the delivery man won't wait . So then they say you should of refused it . Then takes them still 1 week to reply & then prove your faulty brand new goods . Absolutely rubbish .please Avoid

2 items was faulty . Trainers been worn . Obviously someone sent they back .disgusting. what if the person had verruca/ athletes foot !!! .
Then the cardigan had a hole in the front . Probably another sent back item .
No confidence any more .
All they say is sorry it's about time they should give a replacement item free of charge I bet it wont happen that often then .

Excellent service . Love the quality of the bed . It was good to assemble so long as you read instructions properly. Best tv bed arround & we did our research for weeks before buying our bed . Not disappointed at all . Also great customer service .They videod different beds material sizes etc . Nothing was too much trouble for them . so helpful. Polite . Obviously talking to them & the years of experience you felt comfortable buying from them .

Sorry for me too many faulty items sent out . P & P is a joke packaging for too big for items in them .
I'm afraid other retailers provide no p&p over certain amounts.
And other retailers give money back guarantee too .no p&p next day delivery no faulty items . & you can get installments now .
They need to come up with something different with packaging for sure . & the returning of goods too .
Also they can & they do pick & choose reviews on products . And when you report it . No reply just they just take the product down. !!!
Not confident after nearly 30 years of shopping with them .

Awful bras not worth the money bought better cheap bras . Small fittings too . Never buy again I'm hoping my daughter in law will have them save sending the messing about returning them .
