I want to share what an amazing experience I’ve had setting up my Takepayments card machine today with Gary. He is an absolute gentleman who went through everything in great detail, and happily went back over anything whenever I asked for clarification. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process, and I know I have his contact details should I ever have any concerns — I genuinely feel supported.

Gary has been an absolute gem, even helping me reinstall my A77 terminal. The machine itself is absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend this company enough. So far, everything has been brilliant, and I know I’ll continue to receive great service. Thank you!

What a fantastic company so helpful from start to finish, Gary was so helpful explained everything to me, call when suitsed me I have use other Terminal providers before and take payments 100% beat them. I would change over to take payments if your with someone else

Phoned up this morning to complete the PCI DSS compliance and everything was done within a few minutes. There was an issue with one of our accounts although that was resolved within the hour. Good service and helpful staff.
