I bought shoes for my daughter. They were too small unfortunately, and needed to be returned for the next size up. I went online, set up the return and dropped the shoes to my local drop off point to be collected. I was informed via email of pickup, delivery and then exchange by Schuh themselves. The process took 4 days. Highly impressed and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Review of Fastway Ireland
After placing an online order I was informed Fastway would be dealing with my delivery. My heart sank! I've had so many difficulties with deliveries from them in the past but to my surprise and delight, they have outdone themselves! Package arrived as expected, no message to say "sorry you weren't home" (I was always home) and having to wait another couple of days for my package. I'm hoping it's a sign they've ironed out the creases.

Fantastic experience with Harvey Norman. Prompt dispatch on items. First item arrived, but second went missing and the empty outer package arrived with their designated couriers the following day. Spoke on the phone to Harvey Norman in Ballysimon Rd Limerick, I had the option to have another sent out immediately or collection. Had a new TV within the hour to replace the one that got lost. Their customer service is top class, would highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience. Flowers and chocolates were delivered on time. I went for a large bouquet and it was very large! Beautiful arrangement and presented wonderfully. I paid extra for an early delivery and this was fulfilled. It gives me great confidence in using this company in future. All around a fantastic experience, would highly recommend.

Spoke to a lovely man called Myles on the phone and within a fw minutes my order had been placed. Two days later my item arrived by courier and I tracked it throughout the journey.
