Disgraceful experience with staff in…
Disgraceful experience with staff in guineys . I didn’t believe in 2026 I would have to deal with such thing . Staff giving looks . Looking at you differently . Following us around and talking about us. When we approached the till to pay again we were getting looks . This racism just getting out of hand !

I was very disappointed i was walking…
I was very disappointed i was walking around with my mother in law and family they followed me around and while i was paying they checked the cash 20 euro about five times And the staff were very disrespectful giving us looks . I felt bery comfortable and I felt i was seen very different to others wise other customers could pay and go through the shop normally bare in mind i shop in guineys on regular bases ! I wont be shopping there ever again . This is a joke cant be treated with a bit of decency like any other.

The item I ordered was not the same…
The item I ordered was not the same item I received, instead of the shoe rack item I ordered, I received a simple clothes bar. While it worked, it was not the item I requested, as well as it being cheaper than the item I paid for.

Towel tremendousness
I ordered a 4 pack of hand towels to put on my pillow and they arrived today. I am very pleased with them as I had my old ones for 20 odd years and they were filthy and hard. The new ones are nice, fluffy and thin which is what I wanted. Thanks to Guineys for speed of delivery of a quality product 👌

Refunded with no explanation after chasing my order
Ordered some boots, meant to ship within 4 days. On day 5 with no update, I rang them, was put on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me. A few hours later I recieved a refund. No explanation from them. Very disappointed. Would have been nice to be told what's going on...
