Very easy to order over the phone and my order arrived within a couple of days.
The back support cushion which I ordered is very comfortable and I use it in the car, it really cradles your spine.

Always good service from QVC. I can buy products that are impossible to find locally and most of the prices are really good, particularly special deal items.
The only negative, is that, although the items are despatched quickly from QVC, sometimes their courier, Evri, are a bit slow in actually delivering the purchases.

Great products, good prices and speedy delivery.
The only criticism I have, is that I wish that QVC would stop putting the accompanying invoice under the delivery label. It is virtually impossible to remove such invoice without it being shredded on the sticky label.

I have been a customer of QVC for many years. There are some great savings and products which I can't source locally.
The Presenters explain the products really well, so the customers should know what they are getting.
In the rare event that I have needed to return an item, my refund has been dealt with immediately.

My first order from Ideal World. It was very easy to register and the product I ordered arrived very quickly.

Very good products but, if there are any problems, the call centre staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Any replacement orders are received the following day, great service.

I received a text message informing me of the time of my delivery and my parcel was delivered right on time.

I was a bit worried when I telephoned HomeServe to arrange for a call-out (the sink waste in my bathroom was leaking )as the phone was answered by an AI assistant.
However, this 'assistant ' did seem to understand everything I said and I was allocated an appointment for the plumber to visit.
The HomeServe plumber turned up on time and telephoned beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. Job done.

I have ordered from Allbeauty before, but always over the telephone, which you cannot do now.
I'm not a fan of online ordering, but I have to say that it was a simple process and my order was received a couple of days later.

I recently ordered a new gate for my kitchen (as my dog had chewed up the original, also bought from Safetots several years ago, when he was a puppy) and a new hinge bracket for the gate on my staircase.
I ordered over the phone, as I'm not a fan of online shopping and Safetots representative, Amy, was very helpful and efficient dealing with my order.
The new stairgate was delivered within a couple of days.
An excellent Company to deal with and very good customer service.

Parcel was delivered on time, I had prior notification of the delivery slot so I could be at home when it was delivered.

Definitely 5☆ service. I can buy products which I cannot find locally and there are some very good deals on prices.
It is very easy to order by phone (I normally use the automated service) and the order arrives very quickly.
Also the monthly split payments are very useful, especially if you are purchasing one of the higher priced items.
Big bonus-you can use the products for a considerable length of time and, if you're not happy, return them for a full refund. I've not done this as I've been happy with what I have purchased from QVC.

It is more convenient for me to order over the telephone, rather than online and I really appreciate that allbeauty.com offers this service.

Good price on my James Welbeloved dog food. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Very good choice of products.

The purse which I ordered on New Year's Eve arrived just a couple of days later.
It is very well made, nice quality leather and seems to be very robust and I am very pleased with it.
I was able to order this product over the phone, which is very helpful, as I don't like ordering online.
Also, I nearly forgot to mention, the price was extremely reasonable, very good value for such a quality product.

I own many Gtec products for the home and garden and they are all brilliant. They make light work of the household chores.

Great service. I can buy goods which I cannot find in the shops, the orders arrive very quickly and , if they are not what you expected them to be, you have a very generous time limit to return them and get a full refund.
The products are very well explained by the Presenters, so you do have a very good idea about what you are buying.
Also, the easy-pay options make buying very attractive, especially on the more expensive items.
I cannot fault QVC.
