Went in for some masking tape - just a small request - not in stock. the same thing happened a couple of days ago, it has become a waste of time , you always end up with missing items - meaning double visits.

Review of Glasses Direct
Not sure if fit for purpose
Ordered a pair of the cheaper range glasses, they arrived damaged, sent them back - replaced without question. The second pair I had about 10 days - had then on my lap in the car, got out of the car and they fell about 18 inches to the ground. The frame broke on impact proving how brittle it was. No glasses again so I will enquire whether they could be considered fit for purpose.

Into my second year - prices have gone up AGAIN! I ended the first term in credit by 200.00 plus because the dd they insisted on was too much. We’ll see what happens this time!!

We have not increased our prices since November 2018. This would have been a change of tariff whereby you annual consumption figure was changed which resulted in your direct debit being higher than the previous tariff.

Easy transaction and the pads do seem to be ideal for the job. Perhaps could’ve been a bit cheaper by reducing the postage charge.
