Kinly were really very helpful in helping me gain Attendance Allowance for my wife. The whole process was very efficient; once I made contact I was almost immediately assisted in submitting the application. After a wait of seven weeks I finally saw that an extra payment for AA was in my wife’s bank account alongside her normal pension. That was so satisfying as she really need a lot of help with her disabilities. I would highly recommend contacting Kinly if you need help with your application. The only negative point I would make is that once I notified Kinly of the success of the application on a Friday afternoon there was an expectation that they would receive their fee by the Monday!
