Awful service. They renewed my membership without any warning. Took two payments of £69.99 from my bank today! I phoned them to complain and they said they sent a letter out in June advising of renewal in September but I've not had any letter!! I think it's a scam. They stay quiet hoping you will just forget the renewal. They have my email address so why waste money sending a letter (allegedly!). Email is free but oh no, that would give us an easy way to cancel membership wouldn't it? This is very bad practice by a charity. Now I have to wait 28 days for a refund and they don't know why I was charged twice! I have to email them to ask them to cancel and explain why as they can't cancel by phone it seems! It's very poor service. Horrible charity!

awful company. Complete lack of customer service / they never reply. I have an issue with a fake item and reported it 5 days ago but no response The seller won't pay for the return!
I've been scammed in the past with a return.
I'll be buying off eBay in future. Disgraceful vinted!

Ordered some pants. Returned them to a DPD drop off store. Got a receipt for the return. No refund after over 2 weeks. Contacted sports bike and they say I have to wait while DPD investigates. Actually Sportsbikeshop you are wrong - the law states I'm entitled to my refund and you need to claim it from DPD if they have lost it! I used to love buying from sports bike shop. Not anymore. Very upsetting experience this time and still waiting for my refund!

Ordered frozen items and other items. The tracking said driver was 1 mile away and 1 stop. Suddenly the driver went over 30 miles away from us (it still said 1 stop away) then even further! Why didn't he come to us first when we are a mile away from the depot and have frozen items - it's 28 degrees hot today! Should have arrived between 6-8 pm but no sign of him at 8pm and tracking now says 2 stops away! This is the second time a fresh delivery driver has been sent miles away from where we live yet we are 1 mile from where he picked up the food! Logistics is crap! Never again.

Ordered items 14th June. No items received as at 20th June yet it said in stock and delivery in 2 days. No reply from company so will now try to get my money back from my credit card company. Buyers beware!!!!

Cats hated it. £40 wasted!. Can't believe the positive reviews! One of our cats has been poorly since eating it! I did everything katkin said but ended up back on standard cat food. Katkin will go in the bin if I can't return it! I'm £40 out of pocket. I'm going to contact trading standards about asking for a refund as this food is not fit for purpose.

Update - same response from katkin as per other neg reviews! No refunds. Shame on you! Trading standards here we come then!

Bought a bangle in 2024 and registered it for a 2 year warranty. After only wearing a handful of times during that period, the bangle tension failed yesterday, so I contacted to have it repaired. They told me that as I had bought it from their eBay shop the extra 1 year warranty offer did not apply. So be very careful when you buy from their eBay shop. My £220 bangle is now worth just scrap value as Clogau told me their bangles like my swallow falls silver and gold one, cannot be repaired once the tension joint fails! Obviously very poor quality manufacturing so I won't be buying any of their products again after this. I've spent thousands of pounds with them over the years buying rings, necklaces, bracelets etc. Goodbye Clogau. You've let me down.

This company has deteriorated over the past year. I waited 53 minutes to get through to support yesterday and have waited at least 40 mins on other occasions. They let us down over the digital voice too, switching off our phone line without warning! They had told us it would move to digital in the next 3 months but we were cut off 3 weeks later without any notification of the date! Dealing with customer service has been very difficult at times.
Sadly after being loyal to this company for 25 years - we will be leaving!

Fab service once again online and in the Preston shop. Prices great, delivery fast, no issues with returns which are free. Sportsbikeshop are outstanding!
