Very bad Customer Service And organization. I returned some ítems And got confirmation from them that the goods arrived and I Will be refunded. After days with no refund Incontacted the Customer Service and was informed that they don’t Have a return. Everytime a different person, I forwarded the message THEY sent me with the conflrmation and even if I sent all the details a diffrent person answers me without checkong the infornation I sent. The clothes are nice but never again because a good qiality clothes comes with good Service. And the clothes are not even cheap.

Excellent quality of fabrics and how the garments are actually created. The cotton is very high quality. I ordered bathing suits, tops and sandals - all fit very well. I live in Denmark and I wanted a European brand, that I could trust. That's exactly what I got. I'm very happy.

I placed an order, and a week later absolutely nothing had happened. There was no information about the order status, shipping, or any possible delay.

Due to the complete lack of communication, I decided to cancel the order. However, a week after requesting the cancellation, I still have not received any confirmation that the order was cancelled, let alone a refund.

I find this kind of treatment of customers extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Customers should not have to guess what is happening with their order or wait for weeks for basic information.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ulla Popken Croatia.

I bought two JP 1880 T-shirts in the same size. However, one of them is SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the other. I documented this with photographs. Plain manufacturers error.

The company acts wrongfully by not sending a new T-shirt, as I did not choose the wrong size T-Shirt: The size is wrong due to an error in the fabrication process. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN.

One of the tops I ordered was left out of the package. Even though this was the fault of the company, they will not send a replacement. I was told I could reorder, losing the 40% discount I had and having to repay the $10.95 shipment. This is poor customer service! Just do the right thing, Ulla Popken!

The things I am least impressed with is the knitwear.

I like the dresses, I like that a lot of them have got pockets and the quality is generally OK. I also find helpful that you indicate the overall length of the dress in the description.

In previous years I have had to restrain myself, finding many items that appeal. Not so in the last year, 2025.

I rarely find sth I like in the shops, but more often online where I found some of my favourite dresses.

Awful nasty company who sent debt collectors to me for a payment they said I owed after THEY made a mistake on my returns. Nasty nasty nasty. Buyers beware!
