I was recomended Optilabs from a cycling friend who has used Optilabs for some time. after an initial email enquiry I sent my Oakley Racing Jacket Cycling Glasses (with the old prescription Photochromic variofocal lenses) and new prescription to Optilabs for assement to see if they could supply/fit new prescription lenses I recieved a quote in super quick time advising that they could supply/fit said lenes. they also recomended some further aditions which I agreed to. They stated they could get the hights and the pupillary distance off the current prescription that were in my Oakleys. the new lenses/Oakleys arrived very quickly and are absolutely briliant I can't thank Optilabs enough for such a great service at a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended. I will definitely be buying more glasses from Optilabs.

Had a query about paying tax and delivery on a potential set of wheels. The Panda podium boys and girls got back to me super quick with the answers I needed. No bs just sensible answers. I orderd the wheels. Farsports EVO S6. They arrived quickly with plenty of updates as to where they were. They are absolutely stunning wheels. I am super fussy and can't find anything I'm not happy with. No rim tape needed (tpu tubes) and i can fit and take off Continental GP5000 tubed tyres 30mm without tyre levers. I am of an age when we used to use 18mm tubs inflated to 150psi for TT'ing don't race now but these wheels are so fast it's unbelievable absolutely unbelievable. I thought it was just the 'new wheel' factor but I've lent these wheels to 3 other people now and they were as amazed as I was. One of my friends is going to be buying a set because he tried mine! So Thank's to Joe and staff for a great product and quick good customer service oh and a free pair of socks and lightweight back pack. Look forward to buying from panda podium again soon!

Purchasing an additional antivirus licence to add to our 2 antivirus licences was very strait forward and installing it was relitively easy for non tech people.

Absolute joke company. Write an honest positive review for good service from a company and it gets removed for potential fraudulent content. asked to provide proof of purchase (which I did - full recept including everything) so today I get another email from trustpilot saying my review has been removed but they cant tell me why. what more do you want for fs. crap service from trustpilot - I wont be posting anymore reviews.......

Absolutly useless company. misleading web site/web chat. items not delivered on the day they were supposed to be. 2 hr slot only seems to be available 30 mins before start of time slot. I wouldn't use Yodel out of choice ever.

Items stuck at depot. not delivered on time. updates even via app were useless and out of date. but I will say the delivery driver was polite. on time and a really nice guy.

Top quality products at a reasonable price. very good to work with. Great customer services (I had to email to confirm a point and the reply was concise and very quickly sent - thank you) will definitely be using this company again.

Always like to support local companies but do feel the checkout process could be more transparent. adding VAT at the very last point before you pay for items isn't good practice in my view and I would seriously think twice about ordering again from you again. please make VAT/non VAT prices easily visible. That's my only reason for a 2 star rating. delivery/quality spot on.

Easy to use web site and on the whole a great service with next day delivery (paid for yearly or at purchase point) sadly when things do go wrong - and they are bound to with any business, getting a resolution can be very frustrating and difficult. but all in all great company.

When things work its great (Wiggle) quick delivery pretty decent prices. but when things go wrong they (Wiggle) are absolutely useless. eg item ordered Thursday 24th June for Friday 25th June delivery, item showing as at couriers warehouse (Hermes) never turned up, contacted Wiggle Saturday 26th delivery team will come back to you - never did contacted again Sunday eventually got to web chat with delivery team, investigation being initiated and I will have to wait until 1st July for outcome. I asked if I could order same parts and sort it out if other parts are delivered and answer was no! due to high value £80 so now the items I ordered (and pay annually for next day delivery) are somewhere and I have to just wait! NOT GOOD ENOUGH WIGGLE SORT OUT YOUR OUT YOU CUSTOMER SERVICES!

Our current Hermes delivery driver is very polite/friendly and helpful, especially in these difficult times, spot on time for delivering parcels, Hermes should pay them more!

Seamless purchase, seems Wiggle have got the delivery issue with Hermes sorted - i buy quite a lot so have purchased the next day garenteed delivery, i have had two parcels delayed and found it very difficult to contact anyone at Wiggle, Facebook messenger seems to be successful and to be fair to Wiggle they gave me a £5 voucher on the 2 occasions my delivery was delayed, a dedicated delivery contact would be a good idea imho but all in all pleased with service

I used to use a on line shop in Ireland until they withheld a refund for 3 weeks! (for something that never left their warehouse as it wasn't in stock - over £350 worth!) I only really used them as they were so convenient! after my bad experience I thought I'd try Evans as they seem to have a good reputation! WOW what have I been missing??? they are great! really knowledgeable staff, can be put through to technical where you will be speaking to an expert in for the issue you have, if they don't know they will (and do) get back to you with an answer, they have long opening hrs and do price match/pledge brilliant!!! Highly recommended
