I opened your website and I need some quick information! The fastest information is a phone call and a quick answer to a short question. However...
A person called me at your office at 01 7707 029 who, in addition to not speaking Croatian, also has great problems with putting sentences together in her native language, so I literally had to extract words from her. So I wanted to hear the difference between the two types of resin, the way they are packaged and how to order. The answer could have been in one sentence, but instead of being directed to the webshop right away, I was promised that I would receive a payment offer...
Overall, a disastrous experience!

I ordered a 12 liter outdoor wall coating, and were unable to open the bucket it was shipped in. I called the company who apologized for the inconvenience and immediately and expressly sent me a new bucket. The coating itself looks good on the wall and seems very robust. I can recommend doing business with this company.

very bad
very bad! we didn't receive any measuring cups that were supposed to be in the package, the transparent buckets were both punctured and because of that half of the paint we bought was ruined and dried while we were cleaning up the mess and spilled paint. also the amount of paint needed per square meter was completely wrong. now we have to reorder the paint to finish the job we started and we think that the minimum of a good business relationship would be to grant us a discount.

Solid product. Pretty result for now anyway. In hindsight better two small containers to do two coats. Be very sure to remove any dirt or calcium or silicon.
