Not happy at all, started using a few days ago.I tried to pay for a big shop today in sainsbury, it went through on my bank side but wouldnt go through true layer and just kept spooling. I tried many times and then tried to pay via contact less but my bank was concerned about the repeated tries and rejected my payment also. My husband had to pay via his card and as a result I have missed out ! I have contacted Sprive to see if anything be done or what is the issue as there was plenty of money in my account. They came back to say I had to prove it was accepted by the bank....you cant prove that can you.

I love being able to pick my parcels up and the are safe. Easy to use and I think they are a winner!

Very easy to order, I like the fact that you have 6 months to arrange collection unlike a skip. The bags are robust. Collection was easy to arrange and was swiftly picked up.

Visited the Elemore site and had the lovely Tracy who went above and beyond to help us. I have visited many developments in my time, but feel we had outstanding service and Bellway should know what a great staff member they have.

Waiting on a delivery since 9th Jan, spoke to the webchat 3 times yesterday who promised it was on the way. Guess what? Still waiting and no updates. Shocking service, app is awful and not user friendly. I have emailed the company I purchased from and hoping they send another, with a different, reliable courier this time. Personally I would NEVER use them to send anything.

Very quick delivery and easy ordering. The heater is great, we have another 2 already as our house is fairly cold. These are a godsend, and great we can put them on before we to to bed to keep us cosy. I can't say a bad word about them.
