Very pleased with the items I bought, great quality.
I find LandsEnd clothes are bigger than other brands e.g. I am a size 10/12 but bought the XS jacket and it fits perfectly.
Prices are slightly above average but there are plenty of good offers.

My one criticism concerns the postage costs. I had to return an item so I spent almost £10 on postage.

Quick and easy service. It’s the first time I have used in-post but the instructions were clear and straightforward. Immediate communication to confirm that I had completed the process. Confirmation email and tracking link sent straightaway.

Very happy with the service we received in store. The sales assistant was patient and thorough. We are awaiting delivery so I can't comment on the product yet. Only negative would be the delivery charge since you have no choice but to pay it.
