I discovered interesting brands that I probably would have missed through other advertising channels. The transition from Borderfree to the brand's checkout was smooth and seamless. Order confirmation and shipping updates were fast, and the entire process was hassle-free.

I received the dress quickly which was…

I received the dress quickly which was great. The quality of the material was not what I expected. They did a terrible job with extra material around the top that isn’t tacked down and the straps are frayed at the ends. I will have to take it to a seamstress to fix before I can wear it.

They have reached out to me, and offered a refund or credit, ( I sent pics) which I was not expecting. I really appreciate and I am taking the credit. Great customer service!
