Motorway made it simplicity itself to list my 11yr old range rover sport for sale. I used their software app to both photograph and describe the car and it was listed for auction the very next day. A dealer offered the right price then collected the car and paid in full the very same day. Smooth!

Trying ever more adventurous breads I needed an artisan full on strong bread flour for my (hopefully) artisan semi-malted loaf. Third try was Stoates stone ground strong flour. Bingo! Lovely combination of gluten forming proteins and full on taste. English flour making at its best.

I responded to an email offering some 30% off + 6 ballls, 3 games, a marker and 15mths. Site would not work so had to ring. Agent denied the offer combo. And instead offerred me the 30% and the balls when I asked for them but nothing else. He then tried an assumptive close involving a direct debit. I insisted on a card payment. It all felt a bit spivvy.

Purchased a dash cam on line from Halfords and elected to have it fitted at my local Christchurch store. Appointment made they started dead on time. They forecast 1 hour and took 55min and did an excellent fitting job of front and back cameras on a Range Rover. Couldn’t be better!

I wanted to see if a new driver would make any difference to my game. Went to American golf and spent half an hour trying different drivers on the range until I could make a choice. Ordered the selected combo of head and shaft. When I picked up the kit (Taylormade Sim) I took the new club and my old club to the range and hit 150 balls. The new driver was an average of 15yds longer and MUCH straighter. Happy bunny - thanks American Golf

I purchased a used Range Rover Sport from Westover complete with extended warranty. 6 months later the inlet manifold split. Westover quoted £2600 and informed me is was not covered by the warranty as it was a known fault. Arguing got it reduced to just over a grand with input from Landrover Jaguar themselves. The very next journey of length the car broke down on the motorway with a fuel injector fault caused by the first repair (incorrectly refitted) fixed by Westover with no apology and no courtesy car. One week later, car breaks again! This time with a throttle sensor problem. Westover try to charge me and have to be reminded I have a warranty. They charge £155 per hour for their work and frankly it’s shoddy. During one of the workshop visits the tray atop the cooler in the armrest went missing. I asked them to find it and have been ignored. This garage will not be seeing me again - ever!

Wanted some fine champagne for a birthday. They had it at a good price and deleted Ceres it promptly well packaged- what's not to like?

Ordered two room thermostats over the Internet - price £79. Their site advertised free delivery on orders over £75.00 but site would not remove delivery charge. In the end it was of no consequence since the items never arrived. When I rang six days later I was told they were never sent because they "could not source them" and they claimed to have emailed me to that effect and reimbursed me but the only email received was the original invoice and I have yet to find the record of the financial transactions. I will not use them again

They offered the best price, no delivery charges, next day delivery with a delivery company that specified the hour they would arrive by text so I did not have to waste a day staying in - great buying experience!
