Company Staff were friendly but lacked commitment to my issues / faults on buying the used car. The whole experience I found lengthy and frustrating . I wouldn’t recommend or use Evans Halshaw again.

The blinds have been up for 5 days and seem to be working well, the install was straight forward, although the motor set up took a few attempts . The ordering process had a few issues but on ringing the company was soon sorted. The blinds were competitive and look great, my only issue was the delivery time from ordering, took a little longer than originally stated. Would definitely use 247 blinds again.

On contacting one call today from start to finish to sort my "cancel and replace" policies, I found Tania (TS7) of customer service polite, helpful and respectful, a massive asset to the one call team.

Jet 2 offer a service based on a low cost airline providing a selection of accommodation ( some not properly vetted and illustrated ) staff are trained to a standard jet 2 level !. On the times the jet 2 holiday package delivers to one’s expectations. They can be value for money. But unfortunately when jet 2 holidays don’t deliver . My experience Your met with a barrage of jet 2 legal jargon.. it would be refreshing if the company was proactive and customer first approach..

Savoy next hotel was good location, rooms were cleaned daily, small fridge, tea/ coffee making facilities, we had room 412. Partial sea view due to large palm trees obstructing the view. Spacious balcony. We never used the pool or catering. Found the reception area sterile / unwelcoming. Entertainment was guy with laptop playing music..plenty to see and do out and about. Lots restaurants / bars,

Prompt service, installed the replacement pump (Stuart turner) and it’s ideal and much quieter than the Salamader CT85 I had previously.

The blinds were straight forward to install, the set up via the phone app took little longer following the information sheet supplied, personally would have preferred a remote for operating. But not a problem.

On contacting One Call insurance regarding my multi car renewal insurance (AP7) customer service agent was exceptionally helpful, showed a professional and knowledgable approach.

Your postage return policy makes it costly..! .. £20 item + £5.00 postage..! Then + £5.00 postage return ..! Then a further + £5.00 postage to receive correct size as item came up larger. sorry but won’t be using you again ..

Competitive prices and Prompt service

The location was peaceful with fabulous views, beautiful non light polluted night skies. The cottages are spacious, well presented and equipped, games room for the wet days, two hot tubs for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. We were a party of three generations (16 no) and there was plenty of room for all.

Prompt and professional service from place of order to delivery, up to date sms on progress of order, delivered promptly on the day of delivery. Wall boards well packaged and due to being there own courier / driver the goods were delivered with care.. 👏👏👏

From the start of our holiday to returning, the checking in, flight/ return flight, accommodation, location and baggage reclaim on return was very good..
the bus transfer from the airport to the holiday accommodation was a disgrace, with lengthy time waiting sat on a bus for a duration, tied, hot and frustrated, I’ve found this to be were jet 2 on previous holidays also needs massive improvement
The jet 2 staff I’ve found to be friendly and helpful. We have had numerous holidays via Jet 2 and on the whole lovely time ..
