YouChoose is a two-step multi-retailer gift card, meaning you first register your card online and then exchange the balance for a digital code with your chosen retailer.

We can see that on 30th April, our Customer Support team advised that when entering your card number, you needed to use a zero (0) rather than the letter “O”, which would have caused the registration issue you encountered.

We’re pleased to see that you were able to successfully exchange your YouChoose credit on 15th May, so we trust everything is now working as it should.
