Great shopping channel and lots of excellent products at very good prices. You can pay for goods by monthly flexi payments but not online anymore unless the purchase exceeds £50. you now have to ring customer services to place the order for you which is not as convenient. Customer services however are really good and efficient.

Great website very easy to use, and great products. I ordered a lawnmower and it was delivered in a couple of days for free, and delivered well before the due delivery date. I was kept informed all the way so overall a fantastic buying experience.

I am disappointed that Ideal World have changed their web layout and the ability to use the flexi payments online. I also have not been receiving my loyalty points which are supposed to be credited immediately.
However, customer service have gone above and beyond to help me get this sorted, and their replies to my emails have been answered very promptly.
I will still continue to buy from Ideal World but only if I can still use the flexi payment methods and I will contact customer services over the phone even though it's not as convenient to order online.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the recent website changes. As part of our commitment to improving the overall customer experience, we have recently migrated our website to Shopify, which has brought a number of enhancements and new features for our customers.
We would like to clarify that FlexiPay is currently not available through the website. However, we have introduced alternative instalment payment options, including Clearpay and Pay with Shop, to provide customers with flexible ways to spread the cost of their purchases.
Regarding loyalty points, these are only applicable to orders placed through the website and are credited once the return period for the purchased item has passed. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Such an easy way to send parcels, and InPost lockers are conveniently placed so I only had to walk round corner to post my parcel. Instructions are very clear at the lockers and then the follow up communication is excellent.

This is first time I've used InPost and couldn't believe how easy it was to send a parcel. Instructions were really clear at the lockers and parcel was collected really quickly. The mobile app is brilliant and I tracked my parcel all the way.

From start to finish AO delivered an excellent service. Choosing my washer was so easy and the price was brilliant. Communication about my product and delivery was one of best I've come across and when I had a query, AO customer service was very helpful and my advisor was very friendly and efficient. Delivery men installed my washer and took my old one away for recycling. They too were very friendly, did a good job and respected my property.
