I’ve used APC for the past five years and have only had a very good experience.
During potential economical crises the advises I have received have, in the hindsight, turned out to be the best possible scenarios.
I can only recommend APC for their professional and consistent service.

Fremragende service, meget overskuelig website hvor der ikke blev foreslået en million ekstra ting der skulle købes med en Kindle, kun det nødvendige.
Prisen var i orden og forsendelsen så hurtig som fysisk mulig, jeg kunne ikke komme i tanke om andet der kunne gøre det endnu bedre.

I have been shopping a number of times at Gadgitech, and every single time it has been a complete hazel-free experience.
I've ordered things in the morning and have it delivered at work in the afternoon, or picked it up myself at their office, very efficient service.
Then comes that they have almost everything in stock, and always an alternative if a particular items is sold out, I never check out empty handed.
And that their prices can compete with the open market is just an added benefit.

Perfekt service, altid til tiden og efterfølgende altid helt rene vinduer.
Det bedste er at vinduerne bliver pudset når de trænger til det og når det passer mig, hvilket er en win win.

Been dealing with Traillife several times, and it has been a pleasure each time.
The assortment keeps growing, it is in-house stock and the prices beats the general market.
As an added bonus; the person behind Traillife is a dedicated experienced ultra-runner, and that clearly helps when communicating about equipment or asking for advise.

Found what I needed, to a very fair price and a service that was way beyond expected.
Shipping, handling and communication were all first class throughout the process.

I booked a vehicle in November 2016, to be picked up, and returned, at Copenhagen Airport in Denmark just before Christmas 2016.
As I work and live in the Republic of Congo, but still a Danish citizen, I made the booking from Congo via our satellite that uses a server in Luxembourg.
Everything was prepaid and I received the rental documents right away in Danish language.

Arriving at the counter at Copenhagen Airport the rental company informs me that I cannot rent that vehicle as I am a Danish Citizen, that kind of vehicle is only for people residing outside Denmark. Nowhere during the online booking was I informed that the offer only applied to people residing outside Denmark, neither did the rental documents state such either.
I couldn’t get a refund at the desk but was encouraged to contact Cartrawler, which informed me that they had 20 working days to reply.

A couple of days later I receive a mail where Cartrawler state that I have informed them that I am a citizen of Luxembourg, and because of that are not entitled to a refund.
I replied that nowhere during the booking process did I state that I was a citizen of Luxembourg, and that in case I was, why did they send me a rental agreement in Danish language?

Some days later I receive a new mail that it was their system that anticipated that I was from Luxembourg, hence I connected via a server in Luxembourg, but they could not be held responsible for such thing, I should have informed them that I was NOT a citizen of Luxembourg. But as a goodwill gesture they would refund me 45% of the total amount I have paid.
I kindly decline that offer, in writing, and they reply that they will need to look further into the case.
The day after they refund me the 45% and I never hear from them again.
Despite I’ve tried to call Cartrawler several times, but from Congo via satellite and cannot hang waiting for a long time, I am still waiting for their reply.

For that reason, I cannot recommend Cartrawler, neither give them more than 1 star, which they do not even deserve, nevertheless, one lees company to consider for my next rental.

I placed two orders within a short period, and I must say that it was not a good experience, any of them.

I placed my first order on October 28, the full payment withdrawn the same day, I was then contacted by Outdoorexperten on November 08 saying that one third wasn’t in stock.
I answered that if they had the remaining two thirds in stock they should send them right away, and within 48 hours, or I would cancel the order. 
I received the shipping info on November 11 that my package was on the way.
On November 17 I receive a mail saying that they did not have parts of the remaining two thirds of the order, hence they sent me the shipping info on November 11 I asked them to cancel the entire order and refund me my money.
The funds were in my account on November 21.

The second order placed on October 30, the full payment withdrawn the same day, contacted by Outdoorexperten on November 08 that also on this order they were missing one third of the order.
The second order was packed and shipped on November 10, and the package received on November 15.
As Outdoorexperten had withdrawn the full amount of the order on October 30, I expected the outstanding for the missing items sent back to my bank account, only after requesting it twice the balance was sent back.
The funds were n my account on December 08, exactly 30 days after I was contacted that the goods were not in stock.

So overall it was not a pleasant experience to deal with this webshop, maybe their physical shop has a better service, at least I hope so, but I will not classify myself as a potential returning customer.
And neither will I recommend the webshop to other people.
The reason for the two stars is that the good I received was as expected, but the hassle to get it wasn’t worth it.

Kitchenone har altid det på lager som deres site viser, ikke noget med ekstern lagervarer etc. En hurtig levering og fornuftig pris, det er bare nogle af grundene til jeg vender tilbage til Kitchenone.

Et fantastisk produkt hænger i dag i mine vinduer, et produkt fuldt ud som forventet.
Havde lidt længere leveringstid på halvdelen af ordren end lovet, men det var værd at vente på.

Har handlet et par gange på dette site og begge gange er det blevet sendt samme dag som det er bestilt. Kvaliteten har begge gange været fuldt som beskrevet, og det var på alle varerne.
En service der er svær at finde i dagens Danmark.

I næsten 50 år har jeg brugt Postdanmark, med dertil hørende forskellige navne de har haft genne tiden, og jeg har aldrig været ude for noget der ikke kunne klares/løses med det samme eller dagen efter.
Dette må forventes af sådan en stor organisation.
Postdanmark er stadig min foretrukne kurer i ind og udland.

Shopped at HH a number of times, the one-stop shop for those kind of needs. Availability, shipping rates/time, prices; it all adds up to that I always make that shop my first choice.

Pris, indpakning og forsendelse, alt forløb som foreskrevet.
Bedste Pris, pæn indpakning og leveret som gave i løbet af et par dage, mere kan ikke forlanges.

Fantastisk service, alt var som jeg kunne ønske mig; udvalget, forsendelsen og priserne kunne ikke være henholdsvis større, hurtigere eller billigere.

Alt vedrørende handlen forløb perfekt, produktet var let at finde på hjemmesiden, leveringstiden blev overholdt og prisen var den bedste på markedet.

Skousen leverede det rette produkt til den rette tid og til den rette pris. Hvad mere kan man ønske sig?
