Returning an item should not be a difficult process, and we always aim to make it as smooth as possible. There are, however, a few product types that cannot be returned, such as hygiene items once the seal has been broken. This is required by consumer protection rules.

A robot vacuum cleaner can normally be returned within 14 days. If it has been used, there may be a devaluation applied, which is also part of the standard right‑of‑withdrawal regulations.

We also want to sincerely apologize that you received the withdrawal form as a JPEG. It should absolutely have been sent as a PDF, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. This has been passed on internally so we can prevent it from happening again.
