I first had a not so great result of the window cleaning, and I complained about it and got the best service afterward. Uncomplicated, no extra costs and really professional.
Easy to book appointment. Cleaner was punctual and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Can definitely recommend this company.

Not all the windows have been cleaned - no email response
Not all the windows have been cleaned even though I shared all pictures in advance. The cleaner said someone would have come later to finish the work, but that didn't happen.
I sent an email asking if the work would be completed, but I received no reply.

A lottery
Have used them several times over the years. Some of the guys are both nice and do a good job, but unfortunately often the quality isn't ok - it's really a lottery. The last worst thing is that the guy who visited us last time was really rude, when I politely asked him to fix some spots that he had missed. He made MEM Polering lose a client (he was bragging about being one of the managers, but he didn't know how to handle clients - or polish windows).

Mempolering is WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!
Cancellations and then a completely slow and awfull result - when complaining they promised a re-cleaning of the windows - but never showed up! Complete waste of time and energy! Never ever again!

I use Mempolering from years now
I use Mempolering from years now. I was always satisfied, as they come in the time, egzactly, they are kind, flexible and polite.
Just once-or twice happened, that the water was not fresh-or the rag what they used. Then the vindows were not perfect.
But I`ve talked with the guy, who was here today-about the problem, and he did everything perfectly.
