Made a purchase with 48hrs tracked delivery and 3 days later it’s not arrived and I have not had any comms regarding its delivery.

Support hours are mom to Fri only and they take 3 working days to respond. Hardly customer focused.

I have been dealing with Sho for quite sometime now & have many products! All have been great including latest damson coloured small bottle which fits into my handbag perfectly!

We have had the travel mugs and water bottles for years, however, we bought food flasks and we are disappointed that they'do not keep food hot enough for a long journey.

Fantastic water bottles. I first bought mine after being recommended by someone at work. I now have two, my husband has one and my daughter has two. They have brilliant at keeping drinks cold and are leak proof which is brilliant when we are out & about. I would definitely recommend their products. Their customer service is also top notch too! Can’t recommend enough

I have now ordered two NEWT bottles, guzzler, pacto and a calix.

I’m impressed with all the bottles and the cup they do exactly what they say. They are dishwasher proof apart from the pattern designs. Drinks stay really hot and cold as stated. The NEWT bottle is my favourite, the only bottle I’ve ever found to keep my fizzy drinkss, cold and dizzy for over 24 hours.

Customer service is excellent! I had an issue with a faulty clip and a chips in the pattern on on of my bottles after a few uses. They were quick to respond (within 48 hours) and fully rectified the faults by sending replacement. Hollie and Ellie particularly always so helpful.

I think the prices are reasonable but added bonus there is always a discount code available on instagram or Facebook.

Communication from purchasing to arriving is very detailed and you’re emailed every step of the way.

My only small constructive feedback is the bottles that come in a cylinder packaging is that the lid on the tops are always broken/popped when they arrive. Now this hasn’t affected any of my bottles but it could do.

10:10 and would deffo recommend. Just as good as Stanley cups for less than half the price

Absolutely appalling company.
I purchased 3 items online and 2 were faulty.
I sent videos and pictures of the problems and they take up to 3 days to respond as they do not have a phone number to contact them with even though in the UK.
In the end I had to do chargeback through my credit card company and they then refunded one of the items do I cancelled the chargeback and my credit card company charged me otherwise I would be refunded twice.
They informed me they could not refund the other item as the chargeback was still open I sent them copy statements to prove it was not. They wound not refund as they said I had received 2 refunds for for the same item and this is not the case.
I opened a 2nd chargeback with the credit card company so I could get the money back as they clearly will not refund.
I have other items I have purchased if theirs on Amazon and these are fine but I know I would never have a problem getting the refund.
Even my credit card company are appalled with the way they treat customers and the fact they are UK based with no means of contact except by email.
Would never order from them direct again.
They are thieves at the end of the day and should not be allowed to trade.
This had been ongoing for nearly a month.

Found exactly what I wanted and enjoyed an unexpected discount with free delivery. Love the choice available.

I have many of the SHO products, this is one of many I bought as a gift for my fiancee. He uses this for keeping hydrated during a 12 hour shift, its filled daily and kept in the fridge overnight, his drinks are cold throughout his shift, I find the guzzler is practical and useful daily, for us both, the 260ml small bottle is used to keep fresh fruit juice chilled for the whole day and the large 500ml lidded cup is used to start the day and keep me cafinated during the morning, thanks for keeping me and my family going during the day, your products are fab 👌

Kids bottles are around a year old and an inner plastic seal has disintegrated over time. I tried to buy replacement lids and straws but not available to purchase.
Sho did kindly offer to send the plastic seal to replace but even though I sent them a picture and they confirmed it was an issue in that area they sent the wrong parts.
While the service is sort of good the outcome wasn't and the fact you can't replace just the kids lids but you can other products they sell seems odd.

These bottles are a game changer. Keeps drinks hot or cold for hours even in the sun. You can even put fizzy drinks in them.

Great products easy to clean and get open i have arthritis and sometime struggle getting things open but o have no problem with this product 👌

Excellent delivery service. Products are good too. I tend to buy a new water bottle for the grandchildren at the start of the new school year and they last. Needed a couple of new straw tops as spares and got the two sizes I needed.

The bottles are excellent. They keep my drinks really cold (just what’s needed in this heatwave), they’re sturdy and lovely and colourful too. The food flasks are great too as they keep my food hot while I’m out and about.

I would not buy SHO's children's bottles again and cannot recommend them based on our experience.

We purchased two children's bottles directly from SHO and, over a relatively short period, both straw lids lost their silicone valves and began leaking. We went on the website to try to purchase spare valves, but the only spare part you can buy is new lids... so we bought two brand new lids (about £16). In under 8 weeks, the valves went missing from these lids too! The valves are apparently designed to be removable for cleaning, but in our experience they were far too easy to dislodge and lose. Once the valve is missing, the lid becomes unusable.

We only contacted customer services following the second lid failures, and were surprised to learn SHO routinely supplies replacement valves free of charge because they are "commonly lost during cleaning". Had this been made clear at the time, we would never have purchased replacement lids.

For a premium children's product, I found the bottles far more high-maintenance than expected. A children's water bottle should be reliable, durable and easy to live with. Instead, we find ourselves regularly checking whether the valves are still present before putting the bottles in a bag, as a missing valve results in leaks. The idea that a children's bottle requires this level of attention during routine family life seems unreasonable.

I also found the marketing somewhat confusing. The bottles are described as being suitable for "little hands" and "nursery cubbies", yet it was only after contacting customer services that i also became aware of the recommendation that they are suitable for ages 4+ and not suitable for children under 3 due to small detachable parts ... this warning only appears within the expandable specifications section of the product page.
Customer service remained polite throughout our interaction but, in my view, consistently prioritised defending the product over resolving the issue. My request for reimbursement of the replacement lids was refused, despite the fact that I only purchased them because I was unaware replacement valves were available (for the known issue).
SHO eventually offered £16 store credit and 2 spare valves, but the overall experience left me with the impression of a company doing the absolute minimum necessary to close a complaint while presenting it as exceptional customer service.

Ultimately, the issue was not the £16. It was the combination of a poorly thought-out design, repeated failures across multiple lids, and a customer service approach that felt more obstructive than genuinely helpful.
I won't be purchasing SHO products again

sho as always great products and great customer service. My kids have another brand bottle and its not as good as sho and I wish I hadn't listened to my daughter and had brought them a sho bottle.
I am forever recommending sho to everyone.
I wont shop anywhere else for bottles and cups.

Water bottles which keep your water cool and don't leak. They really last. We only keep water in our bottles so can't comment on anything else. Coffee cup lids sometimes a bit hard to clean. Paint has only chipped where we've dropped it on the drive! Nice designs. Always worth trying to get on an offer e.g 3 for 2 or black Friday. They do often offer discounts after checkout too. Watch out as some models dont fit in cup holders. Most coffee cups must be kept upright.

Great products at great prices! such a choice of colours and designs. Both products hold the right amount of liquids and are easy to ise!

Good delivery time, this bottle does what it says, I’m always a bit surprised when I go for a drink at work, how cold it actually is 😊… I’d definitely recommend. I bought the small bottle first and now have it in my car… it wasn’t big enough for my shifts at work so bought the 950 , it’s perfect. I love that the lid doesn’t leak too . One very happy customer
