He uses this for keeping hydrated during a 12 hour shift, its filled daily and kept in the fridge overnight, his drinks are cold throughout his shift, I find the guzzler is practical and useful daily, for us both, the 260ml small bottle is used to keep fresh fruit juice chilled for the whole day and the large 500ml lidded cup is used to start the day and keep me cafinated during the morning, thanks for keeping me and my family going during the day, your products are fab 👌
