Nadat ik een handreading kocht (1,21 euro) werd ik doorgeschakeld naar een venster met de button 'read your rapport'. Voordat ik het wist, klikte ik erop en werd er meteen 29,99 van mijn rekening afgeschreven, zonder enige toestemming/autorisatie.
Geen idee hoe deze opleidingspraktijken voor elkaar krijgen want normaliter is Apple Pay beveiligd.
Gemaild over dit probleem (ticket ID P74VA0) en nu wacht ik op de terugbetaling.
UPDATE 9 APRIL 2025
Ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling gehad en mijn klacht over de mail is nog steeds niet beantwoord. Ik heb GEEN authorisatie gegeven om het bedrag van mijn rekening af te schrijven. Dus ik weet niet hoe jullie zonder authorisatie het bedrag toch konden afschrijven, maar ik wil een terugbetaling zoals alle andere mensen die een terugbetaling hebben ontvangen. Alvast bedankt.

Eigenlijk hetzelfde verhaal als bij vele anderen, maar bij mij was het bedrag 50 EURO!!! Het is een scam, wat ze laten lijken op jouw eigen fout. Ik had een driedaagse proefperiode voor €1,21. Ik had het gezien op Instagram en dacht: "Oh, dat is wel grappig." Nergens stond dat er automatisch na drie dagen €48,39 van mijn bankrekening af zou gaan. Ik heb het abonnement gelijk opgezegd en netjes contact opgenomen met hen. Ik kreeg vrijwel geen reactie, alleen een mailtje met wat screenshots en de mededeling dat ik mijn geld niet zou terugkrijgen. Ik ben nog maar 18; 50 euro is gewoon 5 uur werk voor mij. Een zeer sluwe manier van scam
Een zeer sluwe manier van scam, volledig ingedekt volgens hun eigen voorwaarden en geld-terug beleid. Ik ging voor een proefperiode, klikte iets te enthousiast door en betaalde 30 dollar voor een report waar geen hond op zit te wachten 🤣
Er wordt klantvriendelijk en snel gereageerd, maar geld terug krijg je niet direct bij het opnemen van contact. Je krijgt dan screenshots waarin wordt aangetoond dat ze in hun recht staan. Acties spreken luider dan woorden - geef onschuldige mensen die oprechte interesse hadden in jullie product maar op sluwe manier worden misleid hun geld terug, dan haal ik deze review met liefde weg. GEDZFK is mijn referentie nummer.

Oplichters! Scammers!
En helaas ook ik ben er in getrapt! Net zoals de recensies hieronder. Gedacht dat ik voor € 1,21 tijdelijk toegang kreeg. Hierna kreeg ik een scherm om een rapport te downloaden en daarna om te chatten. Later kreeg ik een melding over mijn abonnement en dacht ik huh. Snel naar mijn bankrekening waar tot mijn schrik ineens € 29,99 en € 4,99 extra waren afgeschreven. Je word totaal NIET geïnformeerd over dat klikken geld kost. Daarbij betaalde ik een keer met Apple Pay waarna je ze dus blijkbaar een machtiging hebt gegeven om meer geld af te schrijven. Wat een oplichters! Ik heb gemaild (Ticket ID: KBEZ9X) maar ben bang dat daar niks van terecht zal komen.

Na deze reactie een terugbetaling ontvangen van alle stortingen! Vind het heel netjes dat het zo werd opgepakt. Ik ga volgende keer beter opletten waar ik op klik. En meteen een waarschuwing ook aan anderen!
Zelfde verhaal als vele mensen hier. Geen idee dat ik een maandelijkse verplichting was aangegaan. En bovendien met een omschrijving die niet te herleiden was Gototop. Na maanden zoekwerk nu eindelijk mijn abonnement op kunnen zeggen maar wel minstens 5 maanden €39,99 van mijn rekening af.

Ik kwam op Social media hierop terecht en voordat ik het wist werd er 3x bedragen van mijn rekening afgeschreven.

2e x €29.99
3e x €48.39
Dat is een totaal bedrag van €79,59
Er word niks duidelijk aangegeven er word nergens gevraagd om een abonnement.
Dit zijn erge oplichters.
Ik heb nu een e-mail gestuurd dat ik eis dat ik mijn geld terug krijg, anders zal ik juridische stappen moeten ondernemen tegen Astroline.

Edit: na deze beoordeling zijn ze erop teruggekomen en hoef ik bij nader inzien de 29,99 niet te betalen. Bedankt, dat is netjes.

Je denkt dat je de pdf al kunt inzien met de 1,21 die je betaald hebt. Mailen (Ticket ID: YOCWNL) heeft geen zin, ik krijg m’n geld niet terug. Zeer slechte ervaring en hierbij waarschuw ik anderen.

Zonder tweede check ineens 29,99 kwijt
Na het bevestigen van het abonnement was er een grote knop om je pdf te downloaden. Door hier perongeluk op te klikken werd er direct 29,99 afgeschreven van mijn rekening. Heel raar dat hier geen twee check van google pay of creditcard na kwam. Ik heb gemaild dat ik helemaal geen behoefte had in dat pdf rapport, maar er werd gezegd dat ze hier niks meer aan konden doen.
Heel jammer deze ervaring, ik raad deze site dus ook echt niet aan!

Scam, koop 'The Pattern', daar heb je wat aan.
Edit, na meerdere emails heb ik wel mijn geld retour gekregen.
Nu blijven ze berichten sturen voor een betere review of voor het weghalen van de review. De kwaliteit van het door hun geleverde product dat op mij van toepassing zou moeten zijn voldoet gewoon niet (zie opmerking hieronder).
Ik had een trial gekocht en daarna per ongeluk "read your pdf" een zgn'specifiek' voor mij gemaakte pdf met advies. Ik kwam er gister achter dat er extra 29,99 van mijn rekening was geschreven.
Het advies omvatte slechts zeer algemene beschrijvingen van sterrenbeelden combinaties die je overal online kunt vinden. Er was helemaal niets specifieks aan.
Niet intrappen dus
