MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CLOTHES BEFORE WEARING IT. I recently purchased a running set and a long sleeved butterluxe jacket. All of it fit fine and were soft so I was quite excited about the purchase. I put it all on and went for a short run. When I came back I noticed holes in the hood of the jacket…I immediately contact the customer service who just tells me they can’t verify wether it happened before or after the first wear so all they can offer is 15% of my next order. However my only worry was the quality because even if it happened after ONE wear it should be able to last through that. I personally don’t plan on purchasing from there again as you apparently can’t count on the quality. Quite disappointed in the handling.

Poor customer service. Returning my order back to them. I gave them tracking number which shows delivery. Yet they still delay refund and say they need more information to confirm the return is from me. Don't order from them

Worst returns process ever. I never received a refund from my products despite paying for and sending my items back, as well as providing photo evidence. I like their products but will not buy from them again. Do not recommend.

Pants are not even close to comparing to lulu but even if they were good the company sucks. They hassle you about returns and then make you pay $25+ to return anything. In this day no one should have to pay for clothing returns.

we were so excited to receive these and when they came from china they were a totally different yellow beige colour. Customer Service did nothing to accept that they were not the same colour as advertised and we ended up having to pay for original shipping plus return shipping ourselves from New Zealand which means we are now about $50 out-of-pocket through no fault of our own.. the company shipped the wrong size. They do not answer customer support to correct the issue. Never again will I order from this company

I’ve been so impressed with CRZ Yoga. The quality of their products is amazing, and they’re genuinely one of the best alternatives to Lululemon I’ve found. The fabrics feel great, they’re well made, and they hold up really well.

What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. I made a mistake with my return and didn’t follow the return instructions by taking photos before sending it back. Even so, their team was incredibly understanding, reviewed my proof of delivery, made an exception, and processed my refund. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

It’s rare to find a company that offers both great products and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping with CRZ Yoga again!

Careful! The website gives you an impression, that the products are shipped from Germany. No, they are shipped from China, and for return or size change you need to pay the shipping fee yourself!!!

Bought a size extra small set top and leggings and they were huge!tried to return and the return policies are a joke. Had to pay for my return and even gave evidence to the return they have not given me any money back! Do not order from here super shady!

Do not buy from this company. I spent £5 on delivery, was told delivery would be within 6-8 business days but its now been a month and there's no sign of my order. The tracking link hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks and their customer support just keep saying 'be patient'. They refuse to cancel my order and issue a refund. They also refuse to just refund the delivery fee while I keep waiting for the order.

Worst experience this year: shipment from china and worst customer service I've ever had. I had to pay for returnes and didn't get my money back for returned pices. I would not recommend to buy there. Still, I was quite lucky, that I payed with paypal and got my money partially back instead to pay directly to crzyoga.

I would rate no stars if I could. Customer service is horrible, I ordered a pair of leggings and they apparently use Amazon for delivery. Supposedly the package was delivered to my UPS store mail box, when the business/UPS store was closed. Although the amazon delivery says it was handed to a receptionist, which would be impossible since the business was closed. They would do nothing to replace the legging or offer any kind of credit, despite the package never being delivered.

Returned Items, No Refund Received — Zero Accountability

I returned items worth around £100 after being advised by customer service to place a new order in a different size. I paid for the return shipping myself, the parcel was successfully delivered back to them, and proof of delivery was shared. Despite this, I still never received my refund.

Very disappointing experience. Be careful ordering from this company, especially if you may need to return anything.

The products took a very long time to arrive when they did they are of very poor on pair of trouser so thin you can see though it. I am trying to return but its very difficult issues with my statutory rights and waiting for emails where they supply the address to return to.

My order took 10 days to arrive and came in three separate deliveries. When the items finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor and nothing like expected.

Trying to arrange a return was just as frustrating. It took around 5 days to get anywhere, despite repeatedly stating that I wanted to return all items for a full refund. Instead, I kept being offered discounts rather than proper help, it felt like deliberate stalling tactics.

I was dealing with someone called Fidelia Lan via email, and responses would always arrive very early in the morning, meaning any reply from me resulted in waiting another full day for further correspondence.

I eventually sent the parcel back via Royal Mail to an Amazon return address provided by the company, only for delivery to be refused. Royal Mail are now having to attempt delivery again.

From placing the order on 03/05 to still trying to complete a simple return, the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare.

Poor communication, delayed deliveries, difficult returns, poor-quality clothing, and terrible customer service throughout.

Do not buy from this company, a complete waste of time and money.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. First - the clothing quality was incredibly bad and not at all consistent with the photos. Second - the scam on returns. They give complex instructions for a return (intended to discourage you). Despite the cost and complex process, completed the return. Have proof it was received and they did not refund. Scam. Do not order.

I purchased four different styles of yoga pants in the extra large. I'm a size 14 to 16 and usually find the extra large in puma for example starts to get a bit loose. These arrives about three four weeks after I ordered them I had to ask about them. None of them fits they're far too small and the cheap yucky material. I only spent 45 dollars on all three - but it's obviously a bit of a scam. They came from Hong Kong despite having an AU address and then they sat in an outer Brisbane suburb for a couple of weeks before being sent to me. So I presume somebody is importing them from some cheap place in China and passing them off as an Australian brand.

Terrible customer service. They don't offer free returns despite being an online company. The leggings I ordered fell down when I took a few steps,even though I followed the companies size guide when ordering. I asked to return they said they would give me 30% back or replace the leggings in smaller size free of charge. I accepted the smaller size option obviously because why would I spend more money on a return and why would I accept 30% refund when the product is not fit for purpose. They only replaced one pair even though I had ordered 2. Then said they only offered me one pair when I asked where the 2nd pair were. I would never shop with them again.
