PostNL is de afgelopen jaren helaas extreem onbetrouwbaar geworden. Pakketten worden regelmatig meerdere dagen te laat bezorgd, en soms komen ze zelfs helemaal niet aan. De bezorging lijkt steeds minder voorspelbaar en dat zorgt voor veel frustratie. Erg jammer, want vroeger had ik aanzienlijk betere ervaringen.

Ik vroeg bij Kamera Express of ze een losse oplader verkochten voor een camera waarvan op de productpagina stond dat er geen oplader bij zat. Op mijn eerste vraag kreeg ik een antwoord over verrekijkers, waardoor ik moest terugschrijven dat het om een camera ging. In hun tweede antwoord herhaalden ze alleen dat de camera geen oplader heeft, zonder mijn vraag over een geschikte losse oplader te beantwoorden. Aan de andere kant gingen de verzending en levering heel snel, en hun prijzen zijn ook goed.

Habe vor Ort in Braunschweig gegessen. Essen war schnell zubereitet, schmeckte sehr gut und war erstaunlich sättigend, Personal war freundlich, Toilette sauber. Ich fand die Hintergrundmusik allerdings viel zu laut. Begrenzte Barrierefreiheit (Toilette nur über Treppe zu erreichen).

Ik heb 17 dagen geleden een product besteld en het is nog steeds niet geleverd. De track & trace toont al ruim twee weken geen enkele voortgang, maar Rebuy blijft volhouden dat ik gewoon moet afwachten. Zelfs toen ik de bestelling probeerde te annuleren vanwege de niet-levering - terwijl ik had aangegeven dat ik de camera binnen een week nodig had, ruim binnen de beloofde levertijd - weigeren ze de annulering. Ze nemen geen actie en weigeren contact op te nemen met DHL. De klantenservice reageert wel snel en beleefd, maar weigert daadwerkelijk iets op te lossen. Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Lebara verhoogde het tarief van €0,01 naar €0,10 per MB (Lebara One) zonder enige aankondiging. Het heeft mij veel geld gekost. Via het contactformulier om uitleg en terugbetaling gevraagd, maar wekenlang geen reactie. Zeer slechte communicatie.

Delayed at least half the time. Recently told me all trains for the rest of the day have been cancelled (while stranded in the middle of nowhere) and I should take a taxi, then refused to reimburse.

Ik heb alleen maar goede ervaringen. Zeer snelle levering, eerlijke prijzen. Ik heb twee keer een defect apparaat moeten terug sturen; één keer kreeg ik snel een nieuwe en de andere keer kreeg ik het gerepareerde product ongeveer een week later.

Maandag besteld. Zou woensdag geleverd moeten worden. Kreeg woensdag bericht dat het werd geleverd. De hele dag gewacht. Na 20.00 uur 's avonds bericht gekregen dat het toch niet geleverd zou worden. Daarna geen updates meer ontvangen. Werd de volgende dagen ook niet geleverd.

Ich habe zwanzig Bullion Silbermünzen an Heubach zum Verkauf geschickt. Nachdem Heubach meine Sendung empfangen hat, haben sie moniert, dass die Münzen Milchflecken hätten und sie mir nur weniger zahlen könnten als vereinbart. Die Milchflecken waren völlig unauffällig, harmlos, und für Bullion der Royal Mint völlg üblich. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wäre eine Rückabwicklung des Geschäfts aufwändig und unpraktisch gewesen, so dass ich mich erpresst gefühlt habe, dass schlechtere Angebot anzunehmen.

I had already purchased two paintings from Kosta Morr a while ago. They were as great as expected, and shipping was professional. More recently, I commissioned four smaller paintings directly from him, and he has really outdone himself. It was a pleasure to work with him - from discussing the idea to the first sketches to the finished paintings arriving safe and sound from Ukraine at my home in the Netherlands. Everyone who's seen his paintings here was impressed and expressed great appreciation for Kosta Morr's style. My living room and bedroom have become places of beauty for me now - the tranquility, the beauty, the positivity of the paintings are filling every room the paintings are in.

Zondag meerdere dingen besteld, maandag werd alles geleverd. Prijzen waren ook goed.

No waiting time with appointment after having called ahead. Prompt help with the issue. Passed all information to my regular dentist for reference if future treatment necessary. Didn't waste any time as you'd expect from an emergency service, but were still friendly and professional.

Works well, and if it fails once for some reason you can get an immediate refund. Customer service replied on telegram within seconds, and fixed the issue right away.

It is important to note that there is a difference between DHL and DHL Express. They seem to operate largely independently. DHL (the one that this review isn't about) is the part of the company that takes too much time, loses packages, doesn't bother to leave a note when you're not in and then send the package back to the sender because you never knew you were supposed to pick it up at some obscure service point, can't seem to provide consistent online tracking for international shipments among its several national websites, and occasionally delivers your package to a different address and then tells you they've done their job and if you don't like it that's your problem.

DHL Express on the other hand gets your package to the correct address almost anywhere in the world at the time they promise. I have repeatedly received packages -- posted the evening before in another European country -- the next day. In my experience, with DHL Express you get what you pay for. Which is a lot.

They charge an arm and a leg, especially to private customers who don't send out bulk orders, but they get the job done as promised. For most things, it's not worth the money; but when it is urgent and costs are secondary, it's a good option.

I've ordered several times and always got exactly what I ordered. Very fast shipping. I like the option to pick the day of delivery.

Never had any problems with them. Fast shipment, fast reply to questions, usually good prices.

Often far too slow. They always send you what you bought, but it often takes several hours or days. Happened too often to dismiss as a rare occurrence. I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Edit: I never used SEPA or SOFORT, only iDeal, which instantly confirms the payment to the merchant and works as intended everywhere else.

Kann mich den anderen neueren Bewertungen nur anschließen. Seit dem Wechsel der Betreiber sollte man hier auf gar keinen Fall mehr bestellen. Mein Geld haben sie gerne genommen, aber dann nie geliefert. Auch auf dreimalige Nachfrage nicht. Über Wochen hinweg. Hab mein Geld dann über paypal dann letztendlich doch noch zurückbekommen.

Always worked well. Easy procedure. No complaints. Not the cheapest way, but certainly the most convenient one.

I used this service from within the coinomi app. They sent me considerably less than promised (about 25 Euro worth of coins less than advertised). They don't just have horrible rates and outragous fees, but they are also very intransparent about it (i.e., they literally lie to your face). And very slow on top of all.
