Yeti is refusing to refund me for ALL the items I returned.

They are claiming they didn’t receive what I sent back.

I have proof of postage, via their courier and their label provided along with the weight of the parcel that will prove what I returned.

They are withholding my refund whilst they have the return goods.

They are refusing to show me how the parcel arrived back to them to see if it matches up with how I sent it back.

I will NEVER buy from them again even though we usually spend £££ on their items.

The warranty and return procedure is easy and you honor what you say. Anytime a Yeti product has been defective you have replaced it and returning it is super easy.

You done everything right.
Most of all it was easy and prompt.

My yeti’s powder paint was chipping off and I was able to replace it!

It was easy to provide the required info and to process the replacement of a defective item.

Customer service is always great. This time the person really checked my problem, then started the return

I asked if a damaged product could be replaced that I had owned for some time before it became damaged and you guys did so with very good customer care. Everyone I was in contact with made attempts to help me and I received a new working product. I was very happy with the customer service.

One thing I would note is the colour I wanted was not in stock which I was then offered to pick another. But when given a selection a very large percentage of the available colours were out of stock, giving me very limited options. I ended up with a colour I am happy with but it wouldn’t have been my first choice if many of the other colours were available.
