Today I took my 2014 Forester Subaru in for an oil change. However, Corey Ford came to me and held a tire slug in his hand and said that they had broken it off. Then he said, if I would go and pick one up they would replace this for free.
My question is why should I go and find a replacement when they broke it off.
I will never return to this store for service.

There are things that work well and there are things that I don't understand. i.e. when you make a change of an image or video clip, if it says 10 seconds, it will automatically reduce this to 7 seconds. And you can not get the full 10 seconds. Also when you place a new image in to replace another image, unless you delete the transition and replace that as well, it will turn black in between the prior clip and the new clip. This happens all the time.

I have been a member for sometime. That said, half of all my songs I sent to them are still processing after almost two years. I have sent numerous emails and also contacted BBB about this abuse. No response.

the company never answered a concern via email, sent on Feb 8. I won't purchase anything else from them.

--as noted above, we sent an email on February 8 basically asking for help. So either you didn't read it or it went to spam. In either case, I got nothing back.

For the record...that is where it was sent the first time.

Had a hiccup to start with the initial date of delivery for packing, but after that everything was as planned and described.
Have used PODs several times and will continue to use them.
