the company never answered a concern via email, sent on Feb 8. I won't purchase anything else from them.
--as noted above, we sent an email on February 8 basically asking for help. So either you didn't read it or it went to spam. In either case, I got nothing back.
If you would like for me to send it again, I will do so. Thank you.
For the record...that is where it was sent the first time.

Smokey Loops
I recently discovered Smokey Loops and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. The variety of loops available is truly impressive, and the quality of each one is top-notch.
