Conor Moynagh shared thisYesterday, Higgsfield AI crossed $1B in annualised revenue. Last week, they announced their Series B at a valuation of $5.4B. This Wednesday, their co-Founder & CEO Alex Mashrabov joins The GTM Garage to share the GTM playbook on how. → They turned a consumer AI product into a B2B growth engine. → They spotted the enterprise signal inside consumer usage data. → They changed their GTM stack to facilitate this. 15 minutes of conversation + 15 minutes of open Q&A. Wednesday, 30 September. 4 pm BST. Closed-door virtual session. Apply below https://lnkd.in/e3j7vdvn

Conor Moynagh shared thisTold my one joke at UNBOUND last week. Tanked it. Sorry Alistair! I'll be at Sifted Summit for both days next week. And on October 1st, we're closing it out with the official after-party — Sifted Summit Final Pour, with HubSpot For Startups, HSBC Innovation Banking, and Deel. Come find me. I'll have a new joke ready. Set expectations low. https://luma.com/zlyf7vvb

Conor Moynagh shared thisUNBOUND. Survived. 10/10, would survive again. Biggest lesson: Wear ASICS or similar next year (>30k steps a day) Highlights: a stage build so good it made Tom Brady look small. A "Loop & Hoop" basketball wall that somehow tied back to content strategy. And a retro horror-themed TV stack that had nothing to do with software and everything to do with why I stopped to take a photo. It's very LinkedIn cliché, but the "fringe" stuff is where the real value lay for me. Founder meetups, office hours, coffees, and spending quality time with international colleagues. That bit won't make the highlight reel - because I'm too awkward to take photos and selfies at the time. Already looking forward to next year. My feet are not.

Conor Moynagh shared this#HubSpud is now a few weeks into her HubSpot For Startups Ambassadorship. Some highlights she really wanted you all to know about: - 90% discount on HubSpot software. - Access to our ecosystem of VC and Tech partners. - A custom embroidered HubSpud Ambassador hat that nobody asked for. - Free onboarding support for 4 months (limited capacity). Three of those four are available to all funded pre-Series B startups. …she's underwhelmed by the hat anyway.

Conor Moynagh shared thisWhether you're shaking off the flight - or the pre-event pint. 👀 A few of us are headed for a casual trot from Boston Common before HubSpot's UNBOUND kicks off on Wednesday, September 16th. Open invite for startups, operators, VCs & supporters in town. No agenda or pitches. Some mild cardio, some moderately fresh air, some quality conversation and coffee. Register below. DMs open for good local coffee reccys. Tom Brady, fancy it before your talk? I'll spot you a coffee https://luma.com/qt2jk45n

Conor Moynagh shared thisNot every day your face ends up on a Times Square billboard. 🥸 Not because of what's happening in NYC. Because of Dublin. Next Tuesday, the GTM World Tour™ lands here. 10 cities in one month, Berlin to San Francisco. Every room feeds the next, and Dublin is stop four. On the night, alongside Werner Schmidt (CEO of Lative, >$13m raised, ran RevOps at Sage and Citrix) and Jana Metz (built ClickUp's first EMEA sales team from scratch) - we'll be getting into where AI actually belongs in a GTM motion, and where it doesn't. Then we build something live with real tools. Tuesday, September 8th. Hosted at Dogpatch Labs. Doors 18:00. Not streamed or recorded. Room only. Hosted by Roman Hipp (BetterContact) and Nicolas Schell (Scalantec). Link in the comments 👇

Conor Moynagh shared thisToo good not to do again. Turns out if you bring ambitious startups, powerful tech platforms, and a room full of GTM experts together for a day - people build some seriously cool things. First up, meet five of this year’s cohort and, importantly, how the Digital Irish community can help them: 🌱 AgriGates | Daniel Foy Building a behavioral intelligence ecosystem for animal agriculture, combining data and AI to generate real-time insights across welfare, health and emissions. 👉 Their ask: Warm introductions to seed-stage investors, angels and funds active in AgriTech, animal health, AI/deep tech and food & agriculture. 🏟️ ClubSpot | John Hyland Building the digital infrastructure that helps grassroots sports organizations manage administration, fundraising and team communications. 👉 Their ask: Introductions to grassroots or semi-pro sports clubs and high school athletic departments. 🤝 cocorev | Cathal Small Helping B2B SaaS companies turn ecosystem relationships and strategic partnerships into qualified sales opportunities. 👉 Their ask: Introductions to US-based revenue leaders, including CEOs, CROs and VP Sales, at B2B SaaS companies, particularly those using HubSpot. 🛡️ Total Reputation | Teri Kelly A continuous reputation risk management platform built for complex organizations. 👉 Their ask: Connections to investors, regulated organizations, experienced Irish B2B operators who have scaled in the US, and potential PR, communications or advisory partners. 💡 Veridraft | Ciaran Healy Bringing enhanced entity management into the AI era. 👉 Their ask: Introductions to US enterprise customers across legal, compliance and governance, as well as corporate service providers, law firms and accounting practices that could become channel or early-adopter partners. See an ask you can help with? Make the connection. 🤝 That’s what the Digital Irish community is all about: connecting Irish innovators with the people, opportunities and networks that can help them grow in the US. Throughout the Digital Irish Tech Week program, our cohort will gain practical insight into entering and scaling in the US market, connect with investors, enterprise leaders, potential customers and partners, and tap into the Digital Irish community and wider Irish-American business network. And on October 19 at Nasdaq, you’ll have the opportunity to meet them too. Join us for a day of founder stories, expert panels, conversations with leading investors and operators, networking, and a first-hand look at some of the ambitious Irish companies building their next chapter in the US. 🎟️ Grab your ticket here: irishtechweek.com Come meet the founders, hear what they’re building and, perhaps, be the connection that helps them take their next step in the US. 🇮🇪🇺🇸 Gavin McMahon | Sarah Clarke | Rachel Quigley | Gene Murphy | Feargall Kenny | Dave Byrne | Jack Stenson | Tania Sheikh #IrishTechWeek #DigitalIrish #IrishInnovation #Startups #Founders #NYCTech

Conor Moynagh liked thisConor Moynagh liked thisBet on Europe. 🇪🇺 🇪🇸 In gloriously sunny Madrid for a roundtable with private and public institutional investors to discuss investing in European innovation and resilience. The core message. Now's the time for Europe to bet on Europe, commercially and strategically. Bet is the right word, because this is a decision that inevitably comes with some uncertainty. Alignment and appetite is clearly there and already moving capital. As noted, the platforms and instruments to align public and private partners have also taken shape, and are having a big impact. That said, we also raised and debated many familiar and totally reasonable questions that are still keeping private institutional money on the sidelines, waiting and watching while others (in large scale from outside Europe!) jump in first. How do we manage the J-curve when duration is longer than ever? Where do exits come from while European public markets are fragmented? How do I bring my stakeholders with me into something that still feels uncomfortable? We discussed and landed on solid, but sometimes imperfect answers. Ideally, we'd all love access to perfect information and perfect conditions before making a bet that goes against conventional wisdom. But that's not how being early works. There will always be uncertainty. When information is perfect, it's the consensus trade, and the alpha has gone. Channelling David Swensen, the architect of Yale's endowment model, to outperform, you have to own what others think is imprudent, and be comfortable being judged for it until it works. As we heard at lunch, this approach is delivering outperformance for those that allocated early to Europe with conviction and sharp selection. In other words, don't let perfect be the enemy of progress, or of outperformance. Time to make the bet on Spain, on Iberia, on Europe. Huge thanks to our co-hosts and everyone who joined for a sharp, high-energy discussion (and for providing a stunning setting for the lunch). Atomico SETT Spain Barcelona & Partners Cuatrecasas

Conor Moynagh liked thisSometimes an opportunity comes along where you don't need to think twice. And this was one of the easiest decision I've made in my career. I've joined Clay as Partner Manager for EMEA. It has only been a couple of weeks, but in that time it has become even clearer I made the right call. Clay is revolutionising the entire B2B GTM stack, from the foundational data layer to building and running plays at the highest velocity. Last week we announced $115m raise at a $7.1bn valuation. The next milestone is bigger than ever: building a self-improving revenue engine that continuously refines pipeline generation for our customers. Clay is a platform: this is its greatest strength. As I learned from my time on the Salesforce Appexchange team, when a platform can do almost anything, the hardest question stops being "What can it do?". The question at that stage is how quickly customers and builders can turn their ideas into value. This is where our consulting/agency partners come in, and why I am so hyped. Over 17,000 teams build on Clay, including Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Visa, and 80% of the Forbes AI50. Yet we are only just scratching the surface in 🇪🇺 🇫🇷 where I will be focusing. Thank you for the trust to join your team Ferran Puig and Becca Lindquist Tyler Swanson Alex Jenkins

Conor Moynagh reacted on thisConor Moynagh reacted on thisWe all know UNBOUND isn’t exactly a “normal” tech conference It's a place to be inspired by speakers like podcast host and author Mel Robbins, astronaut Suni Williams, actress cynthia erivo, and one of the best quarterbacks of all time, Tom Brady It’s an entire world made to let loose and embrace the creative juices that give us the wildest ideas And some of the most creative people I know are the ones brave enough to start their own ventures I feel so lucky that my job every day is to help hundreds of thousands of founders around the world build their businesses using HubSpot And the biggest piece of feedback we get from founders? They want to meet other founders. That's why I was honored to host our "Startups and Sangria" speed-networking session at "the sync" inside of UNBOUND this year. I designed this session three years ago to help founders meet as many like-minded people as possible, as fast as possible It's the best way to learn for the folks wearing multiple hats And yes, we even had a station to make a CUSTOM hat with whatever job title fits (you'll see I even got my own "special" hat if you scroll to the last pic ;) ) And three years later, I have been told by multiple people that this was their favorite session at UNBOUND Shoutout to the HubSpotters that made this session even better: Laurence Butler, Melissa Braxton-Rasumoff, Janelle Apaydin, Rafael Obando, Conor Moynagh, Lindsay Saewitz, Adrienne Joselow, and Claudia Jenkins Until next year!

Conor Moynagh liked thisConor Moynagh liked thisSo this was my first time attending DMEXCO - Digital Marketing Expo & Conference | 'Long time listener, first time caller' - and it absolutely lived up to its billing 🔥🔥🔥 🔶 Two days in Cologne ('Köln' for the locals - it's a beautiful city) 🔶 We had such a busy stand, so many great conversations with partners and customers 🔶 Great panel discussion how data impacts growth, from 'The Tech Stage' on Wednesday (biased, sure…but my colleague Julia Pilkes nailed it 👏🏻) 🔶 Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with some of our customers (AI got a mention, but we covered a lot of topics!) 🔶 The energy in hall 6 across the 2 days was really amazing to experience💥 A highlight for me was watching Jens Leucke and our wonderful DACH crew in action, up close > Marketing, Sales, Services, Channel, Business Development - our full GTM machine was truly ‘cranking in Cologne’ this week, and the way they all showed up for our customers and partners; curious, focused, engaged > that's the stuff that makes you proud to be part of this team 💪 🇩🇪 🇦🇹 🇨🇭 >> there are so many people I could mention, but I will call out one, Larissa Pilat, who did a masterful job leading the 'Hubspot DMEXCO Team' this year: thank you, Larissa 🧡 AI isn't a feature conversation anymore folks - it's a full on platform transformational moment for all of us. It's hard of course, but we either plan a path to adapt & grow, or we'll get deeply disrupted, and on someone else's terms. HubSpot can help, whatever stage your business is at - we're driving the narrative forward, with our Agentic Customer Platform and a focus on outcomes via deep Growth Context (👀 see recent posts from UNBOUND for more), and from conversations I had this week?…it feels like we're on the right path ✅ Listen, working in the SaaS / CRM space right now is such a massive challenge, but its also incredibly exciting (honest!) - what we all do now will set the foundations for our next growth curve - that's the theme of the conversations I had this week and when you're ready, HubSpot can help you too 📈🚀 #DMEXCO #HubSpot #GrowBetter #EMEA

Conor Moynagh liked thisConor Moynagh liked thisReal AI, Real Impact - A Festival of AI Roundtables 🎉🤖 Dublin AI Week is going to be full of hackathons, pitch competitions, and panels - people building under pressure. All good stuff. This one's different. In collaboration with Give(a)Go, turning this month's Rebel Meetups by Rebellious Co into a festival - six tables, six founders who are actually using AI to grow and solve real problems in their business. No stage, no slides, no pitch decks. Just pull up a chair, grab a drink, and talk to someone doing the thing you're curious about. Come with your questions. Leave with real answers on how to actually use AI as a growth lever - not hype, not theory, just what's worked for people doing it right now. Meet the hosts: 🎙️ James Flynn: Co-founder, coso.ai. From competitive eSports to Salesforce engineer to building AI agents that already run social media for 30+ businesses. 🎙️ Craig Maguire: Country Manager, Office Hub Ireland. AI across flexible workspace strategy, marketing, and commercial real estate - an industry that's always run on relationships first. 🎙️ David Martin: Founder, BuyerRadar. 15+ years in B2B SaaS scaling revenue teams to $20M ARR, now building the tool that fixes sales' real problem — fragmentation — by mapping ICPs and buying committees. 🎙️ Aaron McCormack: Founder, NobleFlow. Works with owner-run businesses too busy to systemise themselves - finding where time and money leak out, then building the fix. 🎙️ Ashley Nichols: Founder & CEO, Familiar Futures. Her thesis: there's no AI skills gap, only a useful-to-me gap. Ex-digital transformation (Accenture, PwC, Booz Allen), former US diplomat, author of Tech to Save the World. 🎙️ James McLaughlin: Founder, AIceBreaker. Helping Irish SMEs govern AI usage, train teams, and adopt AI without losing the people-first approach that makes them work. Six different businesses, one shared belief: AI's a skill, not a replacement, and the people running these businesses are still very much running them. No dress code. No sales pitches. Just people, real conversation, and a proper celebration of what AI can actually do. 🗓️ When: Wednesday, October 7th 🕕 Time: 6:30 PM 📍 Where: NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello, D08 E1V7 🎟️ RSVPs: Link is in the first comment below! 🔗 👉 Secure your spot before the room fills up! Conor Moynagh reacted on thisConor Moynagh reacted on thisI'd never been to Unbound before this year, and it really didn't disappoint! 15,000 people, more side conversations than I could keep track of and an energy I haven't felt at many events. This time last week, I got to speak about something I've been thinking about a lot lately: the role reversal between humans and AI in go-to-market. For years, we have made the decisions, and software helped us do it faster. But we're starting to see that flip. More and more, AI is making the call on which accounts matter, who to reach and when. Huge thanks to the HubSpot team for having me, and to everyone who came up to say hello. Unbound, I'll be back.
