At HumanX in Amsterdam, Sharon Goldman (Ground Level AI) asked Stephan Pretorius (CTO of WPP) and me how brands use AI, where the savings come from, and what drives adoption. Fine jewelry brand Brilliance reduced photoshoot costs from $100,000 to $10,000 while doubling creative output. Another company used Higgsfield to launch two beauty brands, taking concepts, audience testing, ads, and tutorial videos through one production workflow. Getting there takes hands-on work. We send our artists to work alongside customers’ creative teams on actual briefs. That’s been critical to adoption. Stephan shared WPP’s agency perspective, describing a Coca-Cola FIFA campaign spanning 20 historical eras of football that would have been prohibitively expensive to shoot physically. For me, these examples show how much the opportunity has expanded. A smaller brand can afford more testing. An agency can pursue a concept that previously wouldn’t have survived the budget conversation. Our job is to help creative teams get there consistently, on real client work. Our team tested it on everything from 3D work in Blender to Ad Multiplier, where one prompt can turn a winning ad into 100 variations for different countries. The biggest difference for us has been speed. One engineer at Higgsfield can now deliver a new exploration feature within a day. Astra plans the work across all the steps, and our creative team sits right next to the engineers and tests it the same day. You feed it to Higgsfield Ad Multiplier and it produces up to 64 variants of the same ad, each with a different character, outfit, location, or product. The performance, cut, pacing, and audio of the original carry into every variant. And since GPT-6 Astra can work the apps on a computer, it can take those variants straight into Meta and launch them autonomously. My marathon walking buddy was with me and the pain I was in was made better by having my mother there to support me. You don’t always have to be strong. Sometimes it helps to have someone look after you. Vulnerability is strength. 2. Embrace everyday when you are healthy and well. This life is such a joy and gift. Every morning you walk in the sun, embrace it, there is a time you won’t be able to and boy will you miss it. So embrace the day, the sun and call someone you love and tell them what they mean to you.

It has been almost a year since we first invested in Higgsfield. Even having watched the team closely throughout that journey, I never imagined they could achieve this level of growth in such a short period of time. But 300%? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a number like that before. Yesterday, it crossed $1B in annualized revenue 🔥 Honestly, hard to describe how this feels from the inside. Our sales team is under 20 people. Several product releases every week. New state-of-the-art models on the platform within 24 hours of release. That pace is what it took, and every single person here carried it. 390 of the Fortune 500 and thousands of agencies, studios and in-house brand teams moved real budgets into AI production. Some of them cut production costs by up to 97% and now create content for every market instead of one hero campaign. Huge thanks to every brand building with Higgsfield AI. From $50M last September to $1B today. 20x in one year, just 18 months after launch. I guess Higgsfield employees never really get a dopamine crash. Before you come down from one milestone, somehow there’s already another one :) I joined Higgsfield when the product was only 4 months old. Watching it grow this fast from the inside, while building so much of it with this team, still feels a little unreal. The funny thing is, every record we’ve hit so far has eventually looked small next to the next one. Curious how long $1B gets to feel big 👀

We could see the creative potential, but what would adoption at that scale actually look like? Now I know. Higgsfield has reached $1B in annualized revenue run rate. Revenue under contract from business customers has grown tenfold since June, and the platform is now used across 390 Fortune 500 companies. Coming from filmmaking, what makes this meaningful to me is how much more of their creative production teams are trusting us with. Some customers who started on $1,000-a-month team plans are now signing eight-figure contracts. There’s a lot of ambition behind that kind of commitment. Back in May, during the Cannes Film Festival, I made the decision to join Higgsfield. Today, that decision definitely feels like the right one. Working in GTM, I get to help connect the creative possibilities that first excited me with what businesses need to put them into practice. A conversation I was having with a friend a year ago has become the work I do every day. Proud to be part of this team and what we’re building.

He’d been sleeping on a friend’s couch, had released an alpha, and convinced real life customers to pay money for a product that had shipped pretty much just before they signed up. By himself. After being rejected by YC multiple times. Technical founders can’t usually sell anything when they first start. Technical buyers don’t usually pay material money for alphas made by sole founders without venture capital. Here’s was an exception. In the middle of our opening discussions, Vikram closed a $60k deal. How? Waymo expects to reach 1 million rides per week in 2026. This creates an instructive comparison for Apollo Go, which operates at comparable scale with 17 million cumulative rides across 22 cities and recent international expansion into Dubai and London. However, Apollo Go remains integrated within Baidu's conglomerate structure rather than operating as an independent entity. My recent analysis examined this organizational dynamic. Baidu's total market capitalization stands at $51B, despite owning Apollo Go, Kunlun chip operations (recently filed for IPO), profitable AI cloud business, and established search operations. The valuation gap suggests markets apply systematic discounts when frontier technology investments remain bundled with mature platform businesses. The pattern extends beyond autonomous vehicles. Baidu pioneered Chinese AI chip development in 2011 but only filed for Kunlun's IPO after watching Moore Threads and MetaX achieve $40B+ valuations in late 2025. Similar organizational delays affected talent retention, with key executives leaving to build competing companies including Horizon Robotics, Pony.ai, and WeRide. For investors evaluating Chinese technology companies, the structural question matters. Technical leadership creates optionality.
