Super high extra costs
The sellers themselves are perfect and have cheap prices, but the prices at Zenmarket are very expensive. I had to pay import duties of 25 euros twice because something went wrong, so it still ends up being very expensive for me. I'm better off ordering from regular stores, so it is a good site, but the costs are very high. I would recommend Neokyo Mercari instead. Thank you.

Gaslighting to avoid refunding me
They changed my Parcel #8 from Surface to FEDEX. When I asked them to refund the cancellation fee I had to pay due to it not being my chosen shipping method, they claimed that I selected "Use next available shipping method" which I definitely did NOT as I have screenshot evidence to prove that I selected "Leave some items at the warehouse". They are full on gaslighting me to avoid refunding money for a mistake that THEY made.
This same situation has happened multiple times too throughout the last two weeks, leaving me unable to ship what I want and with some of my things now having been in the warehouse for more than 60 days.
I have asked them to look into it again but if this doesn't get resolved then I am keeping this review at 1 star.

The process from purchase to shipping was excellent.
The support provided throughout the entire process—from purchasing and warehousing to package assembly and shipping—is excellent. I really appreciate the payment system, where I deposit funds into an account and payments are deducted with complete transparency. Sometimes wait times are a bit long, but this is understandable, and they always keep me informed. I am very grateful.

This was my first order with ZenMarket
This was my first order with ZenMarket, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
I have been a patient customer, but my experience with ZenMarket’s customer support has been extremely disappointing.
My parcel has been sitting in their warehouse while my free storage days continue to expire. I contacted support multiple times asking one very specific question regarding Japan Post shipping to Israel.
Instead of answering my question, I received the same generic template responses over and over again.
I even provided official Japan Post information showing that postal services to Israel have resumed and asked ZenMarket to explain why they still claim that postal shipping is unavailable.
They completely ignored the information I provided and simply linked me to their own blog instead of providing an official Japan Post source or explaining whether this is actually ZenMarket’s own internal policy.
I also called their office in Japan hoping to speak with someone who could clarify the situation. I was simply told to use the website support system again.
The most frustrating part is not the shipping restrictions themselves. Companies are free to have their own internal policies. The problem is the complete lack of transparency and the repeated refusal to answer direct questions.
After waiting several days, I am still unable to get a clear explanation while my storage period continues to run out.
As a first-time customer, this left an extremely poor impression. Instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and forced to chase basic information that should have been provided from the beginning.
Because of this experience, I will not be using ZenMarket’s services again, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them to others.

At first, I had to get used to the site and how it all worked, but once you get the hang of it, it is so convenient. Their support team is super friendly; even with simple questions, they are more than willing to help you. As for delivery, I have never had a parcel delivered to me that was packed so sturdily and securely. It made me feel more confident to use their service more in the future. Personally, I always advise using the more 'expensive' delivery companies, especially since the parcels have to travel such a distance.
