YouFibre installation
This is about the INSTALLATION of YouFibre which has just been completed by Beano. It's too soon to comment on the service itself.
Beano arrived slightly early, which was fine, and explained what he would do. He was friendly and polite and did a very tidy job. He worked fast and when he had finished he explained how things worked. I am reasonably computer-literate and the YouFibre installation replaced a Vodafone/Openreach installation, so I knew what to expect and he responded accordingly.
I'm pleased with the installation process.
