Very bad experience with this company
Very bad experience with this company! The thieves entered the house and stole for 20 minutes, the alarm was set but in vain, no one came from the company Verisure, we were called, we did not answer the phone as we were out of the country, they had access to video cameras and seeing that they were stealing they did nothing! In those 20 minutes we could have been killed if we had been in the house!

While the alarm is fine and works well
While the alarm is fine and works well, the service is not great. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my account after 2 years. I just learned I have a 2 month notice as a business customer, which I would have known if I had received my contract, but I never did. Staff wasn't great to speak to.

I meant to post this review when it happened its only when I was sorting though my paperwork I found the quote from Verisure. The sales representative was scare mongering, the first thing I was asked was "did I know of anyone who has been burgled and I hadn't so I replied accordingly that I had not" the next thing was he told me how easy it would be to break open our double patio doors with a simple screwdriver. Five stars just because of Technician
I giving five stars just because of the customer service and technician they got. Jack Murphy came today to fix the batteries on door sensor and way beyond to fix the door bell too. Lovely champ would recommend any time.

No customer support after hours
No customer support after hours, if your camera stops working. They just blame it to arlo company, no response from them even though they get monthly charges from me and not the arlo company!
If the door bell stops working, again even the arlo team wouldnt reply properly because you didnt get the whole doorbell and chime set.
They will just say buy and pay but no customer support!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. My security cameras have not been working for the past month. I have contacted customer support multiple times and sent several emails, but no service engineer has been assigned and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of response and delay in resolving the problem have caused significant inconvenience and raised security concerns. I expect prompt action and better customer support in handling such issues.

I am in spain where i have a property…
I am in spain where i have a property alarmed by Verisure I also have a property in Dublin Problem is i can only download one app and needs to change the location which the app does not recognize
I have no access to my system in Ireland now when my alarm is going off and i cannot access it through the app very very bad system

You are able to control the alarm via the app for both properties, all you have to do is change the region at the bottom of the screen when you go to log in - I understand this can be inconvenient and we have had this feedback in the past, there is certainly a possibility of integrating app logins from different regions into one login on the horizon, any updates regarding the app will be published on our website, or emailed to you directly.

No customer technical support available for four days
Can't access the app on our phones to set the alarm and customer service is non existent
solution suggested ,ring us to set and unset your alarm or let the alarm go off and we will contact you through the keypad that is currently not working.

I have been experiencing issues with my Verisure-Arlo security camera for the past couple of months, as it has not been working properly. I have raised multiple complaints during this time, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution from your team.
Additionally, it appears that my calls have not even been logged, and I have received no updates whatsoever regarding my issue. This lack of support is extremely disappointing, especially considering I am being charged €50 every month for the service.
