I’ve just had my new Home Secure alarm installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Matt, who fitted the system, was extremely professional and helpful throughout. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this service.

Very good customer service re getting my plan . Excellent engineer service when my system was being installed. Everything was explained clearly and demonstrated before he finished the installation job.

Was enquiring about outside cameras. Really helpfull offered me Upgrade on existing system new keypad sensors etc. I ordered camera front and back which they will install at time of upgrade ( paying for cameras) and€49 for upgrade which is good value based on what’s available on the market they will install free when doing upgrade.
GAVIN IN proactive care team was exceptional and sorted everything out including DD . In fairness other staff I spoke with were also helpful.DD per month no higher. Highly recommend especially in these times with robberies peace of mind .

Ajay was so helpfull. Answered every question and explained how the system worked. Installation was pretty quick.

A great system. Wasn't oversold on sensors but recommended enough to cover the main areas of concern. Great peace of mind being able to check when out and about if I actually did put on the alarm or not. Installer was very knowledgeable and helpful, the finance team were great with a query I had and the call team have been on the ball when the alarm has been tripped. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

We had a great experience with Ken from Home Secure who came out to install our home alarm system. He set up sensors at all the doors/windows we discussed and he talked us through the whole process of setting the alarm, disarming it and all the in between. The app is great and all the sensors at the windows/doors are very discreet.

Had Ken just do an install. Very polite and helpful. Spent as much time as needed to ensure we knew how to use the new system. Very happy customer.

Piaras came to upgrade our system today. He was really friendly, explained everything to me in good detail and took time to make sure I understood everything. He was quick, tidy and worked around me as I worked from home. Great experience!

Ken was absolutely amazing throughout the installation. He made the entire process so much smoother, walked me through each step, was extremely communicative. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to go through the entire ordeal with.

The customer service isn't good.

1. I told these people that I was having the windows replaced. Low and behold when they are working the window sensors go off, I get a text saying the Gardai are on their way. When I tried to ring them their phone lines would not work. I eventually got through to their customer team after 20 minutes (as they only open at 9am), was greeted by phone staff who didn't apologise. They said they would cancel the car and the Gardai arrived anyway an HOUR later.

2. When I tried ringing them to schedule the sensors to be reinstalled, I have been unable to reach them. (Currently on hold for 20 minutes)

All in all, the aftercare is non-existent so if you are a potential new customer, AVOID.
