Appalling Customer service/maintenance
After the installation of the alarm we had continual problems with the security camera. It had to be replaced as the technician couldn’t make it work either but the solar panels are also ineffective which means constantly taking them down to recharge. When our second camera went wrong (after a month) we spent hrs on the phone to a technician who just basically gave us b.. s… blaming our internet also they seemed reluctant to send a technician. When they did book us an appointment two weeks ahead they then cancelled twice on the day! - no explanation. Once by text and once just standing us up, asking us to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. Our camera has only worked 2/3 of the year and today I cancelled my monthly standing order until they have their equipment. working properly

4 days, start to finish. Great service and excellent staff.
We called up on a Friday to arrange a survey and Patrick came on the Monday to see us. He listened carefully to our needs and provided us with an appropriate quote that day. We were happy with the quote and very impressed by Patrick, so asked him to go ahead. He returned on the Wednesday and took about 90 minutes to fit a fully working system in a very unusual house. All is working well this far, so we'll done Patrick.

Verisure made me aware of a potential problem …
Verisure made me aware of a potential problem by txt and email and they sent me the spares.The online instructions were very easy to understand and the repair only took a few minutes, as soon as I had finished they sent an email to say everything was functioning correctly with the alarm system
